Hello!In the very beginning of our collaboration with Miro, we created a board for team members, where I was a member, not an Admin. Currently we are stuck with the problem that we have to change the participants on the board, but the person, who was an Admin on this board, already left so we don’t have an access to his account. Is there any possibility to somehow solve this issue?

Hi! I've been using Miro Web Clipper for several months, but  today when I tried to make a screenshot it was said that I didn't have any miro accounts. I do have an account and it was open at that moment. Can anyone help me, please.

I created a board using the api (https://api.miro.com/v2/boards). I can see the boards in my list of dashboards (https://miro.com/app/dashboard/). However, when I try to access the dashboards using the API (https://api.miro.com/v2/boards), the recent-most board seems to be missing. Even in the api reference playground (https://developers.miro.com/reference/get-boards), when I try to make the get request, it only returns 2 boards, while have 3 (as visible in https://miro.com/app/dashboard/) This has been happening for quite some time now. Please help!

If I click on the settings icon of my team in the section “Select a team” on the left, I get this error:404Looks like something went wrong.But don't worry — it can happen to the best of us.Why not try something else? I want to change my team image, but I cannot. I’m the Team Admin, obviously.Ah, this happens even if I click on the icon next to the setting one, the “Team members” icon.

I have to refresh my board every minute. The keyboard stops working. I can not delete in writing. I can not move right or left in text boxes. I can not do Undo and Redo with keyboard. many options with keyboard suddenly after a minute stops working unless I refresh my board again and again.Can anyone help me what I should do? It started since yesterday. I did not updated anything. I tried both desktop app and web-based miro. Same issue in both platforms.

Neither Copy (Cut) nor Paste function is working and boards.  This seems to be true for keyboard shortcuts (Crtl+c/Crtl+v) and Mouse. This is making progress very slow. Please have a look Dev Guys

After months of using Miro, suddenly the space bar and right mouse button stopped working to drag the frame.Has anyone else had this problem and know how to resolve it?(I'm using it via the web)Thanks!João

Hello everyone,I currently have two accounts,one on an Enterprise plan and the other on a Free plan, and I'm running some tests.To fetch details about my plan, I use the following endpoint:https://api.miro.com/v2/orgs/{org_id}/members,along with query parameters likefull, occasional, free, free_restricted, full_trial, and unknown to filter the results.However, I noticed that this endpoint is only available for Enterprise accounts.My question is:Is there a way to retrieve details about my plan through an API endpoint while using a Free plan?Thanks in advance!

Hello community,Is there a specific field or API endpoint that can determine whether the board is in 'edit mode' or 'view-only' mode?

I want to be able to export boards from Miro to pdf, for that - I see in the documentation I need to enable eDiscovery, but in my 'Enterprise integration' window I do not see an option to do so (I'm attaching a screenshot of how that window looks for me).Also, when I built the app in my development team I did not see an option to allow the scope board:export (a screenshot is also provided). 

Hi,I am new to Miro. I have one object shown below shared by one of my colleagues. It seems not a standard object from Miro.May I know what object it is? Sounds like a table as I can add rows but not able to add columns where you can see there is only plus sign under the shape.The reason I am asking this as I want to explore some features for this object. e.g. I want to copy the rows from a spreadsheet by batch but not able to. I can only add them row by row which is very time consuming.If you are familiar with this object and know how to do. Appreciate you can share.Thanks in advance.Frank

Hi all, When signing up for a trial I was presented a list of teams already on my company domain. As I didn't want to join those I created a new team. Now I wanted to have a look at the team list again but there is no way to find that. How can I discover what other teams exist on our domain?   Thanks!

When I select Starred boards from my dashboard, the title of the page changes to Starred boards, however I am not shown boards I have starred. Now I cannot get to a board that someone shared with me as a Visiting editor.I have tested from two machines, on two networks, from Windows 10 & 11 64-bit, Chrome and Miro desktop app.I have opened a support ticket and will update this post with what the support team tells me. 

I have a project that requires me to duplicate/import numerous Miro diagrams into visio. I noticed that there was an exchange asking if this was possible and that this feature was going to be put on a “wishlist”. This exchange was over 2 months old. Wondering if this feature is in the works or has already been introduced by Miro?Thanks Bob

I am trying to use the profile images from MS Delve (company account) and they do not load on the board. When I paste the image link on the board it appears as the URL text.I have seen there are a few threads regarding issues with image loading, but I have not find anything helpful for my issue. If I try to load an image from example google images it works and the image is nicely rendered on the board.I am not sure what the problem is and would love your help!I am on a Miro Enterprise license.Thanks in advance!

The same element can be locked down when it is “freely” on Miro board, but once I move it over a table I created the locking is unable. You can also lock the same elements over picture.Just to make sure, I know how to lock the elements. I just want to know why the locking is unable over a tables/boards and whether there is any possibility to lock them.

Until this morning, cutting and pasting from Word would result in a text block on a Miro board.Now it’s pasting as an image.I have rebooted Miro, same problem.From other sources, eg web pages, it still pastes as text - only Word seems to have changed its behaviour as a source.Is this a known issue? Did something just change with Word?

I use the Miro QR sticky function for participants to quickly add sticky notes to a frame and it has been working nicely until tonight. I can create the QR code and it works and opens the link but when I try to send the sticky I get an error notice: Error Sorry, there was an issue sending your sticky. please try again.Even if I reload the page it doesn’t work and I created a new QR code on the Miro board but it isn’t working. I have a large workshop tomorrow were I’m using this feature, can anybody please help me get this fixed?Thanks in advance!

Hello,I created a MIRO board last month, however when I now view the board most of the information entered is no longer there.I’ve tried restoring previous versions but they are also missing information.Any assistance would be much appreciated.Thanks,Ian
