I just came across this thread with other users noticing the missing features. A user notes that if you choose two stickies, the size option appears.

If you're experiencing the same issue, feel free to follow the updates in this thread or share any additional details that might help us. In the meantime, you can try selecting multiple sticky notes as a temporary workaround, as mentioned earlier in the thread.

The issue appears to have been resolved and the sticky note Size option should be back when using the Edge browser.

Still not working in Windows app. Still needing to use the temporary work around (selecting two sticky notes for option to show).

Update: It’s still not working. I’ve checked two devices with both Edge and the Windows app, but still no cigar. I’ve got a ticket with Miro support and they seem to be on the case :)

Same for me. The size selection disappeared on Macbook desktop app. What’s going on?

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. I’m able to get the size options on a Macbook. Can you try updating your browser to the latest version, as well as refreshing/re-setting the Miro app? On OS systems, new updates and fixes don’t always push out automatically. Let me know if that helps.

Update from Miro support:

The team let us know that the issue has been resolved, and the size option for sticky notes should be available again.

Please check if everything works as expected for you now, and let us know if you see the issue reoccurring.

I have tested on Windows 11 in:

• Chrome
• Edge
• Firefox
• Desktop app

… and the sticky note size option is appearing when a single sticky note is selected, and also when two stickies are selected.

I’ll reply to the support team that the issue is resolve for me, but please reply if you are still experiencing the issue after signing out of Miro, clearing your cache, and signing back in.
