Hi there

Just signed up for a Starter license, but its needed for a different user.

I have invited another user and simply want to allocate that user the full license and for myself to be an admin without a license - just so I can add ne subs if needed or reallocate the seats, plus update any billing info.

However, I just can’t seem to see an option to downgrade my license and apply it to the intended user of the app.

Having an Admin role requires a full license to manage the team more efficiently. 
 
If you wish to have an Admin role without a license, this option is available for the Enterprise plan. If you'd like to upgrade your plan, you may visit our pricing page and click Contact us under Enterprise Plan.

ok, so in that case I need to leave myself as the billing account email address and change the email address to the user that actually requires the app. However, I’m unable to change the email address to theirs, as they’re already a registered user (on a free account and have boards).

How can I go about that?
