New trial members were added automatically without me knowing that and now I have to pay extra money.

I had a subscription with only 1 team member and I normaly sent invitations to all my students but somehow one of my students has registered as a team member with 2 email adresses (I haven't attached any of her emails by myself).

I got a message to my email that new trial members were added to my team but I didn't notice this message. My student didn't use any features as a team member and I didn't invite her as a team member as well. I was billed for $137 for extra licenses (I haven't paid it yet).


Is it possible to cancel the payment, since these 2 emails were added by accident by my student? If yes - where can I write to discuss this case?
