Even if I add a Star to a board for a project I'm not a member of, I can't find it in the latest version of Miro.In previous versions, I could find it in the Star List.Is there any way to find it?

Below is a bug report for some unexpected behaviour I have found when working with the api as a free plan user. Steps to reproduceCreate a board using an access token of a free account through the REST API, noting the resulting board ID (post v2/boards) Create a frame in the board (post v2/boards/ID/frames)Actual Result403 - User is not authorized to create widgets on this board.Upon further investigation in the miro dashboard, I notice that the board is created in view-only, therefore not allowing me (and my access token) to edit it.Expected ResultSince the created board is the most recent board, it should be editable even for free accounts exceeding 3 boards (by making an older one view-only). This would then allow me to also edit it through the api, without the error.

HelloI would like to install app to all team members. I know that for business and enterprise plans I can use team admin and org admin. How to achieve this with starter plan? If I will receive content for my app from each user then I will have many tokens to handle which is unacceptable.I need API access to private boards of members in each plan - how should I do this?

For some reason, all the latest changes on my board disappeared, up to the 18th of October. How could that happen? How can I restore my data back? The version history is also erased 😥 And also, as a free user, it seems like I can’t use the customer support form. Does it mean that the Miro team doesn’t care about such cases? 

Hello everyone,When creating an app, I can clearly see options to select the following scopes:- `team:read`- `team:write`However, on a free plan, I’m unable to use certain endpoints, like `GET Teams` (`https://api.miro.com/v2/orgs/{org_id}/teams`), etc.So, I’m curious—what is the actual purpose of these scopes if they’re restricted on the free plan? BRVasilis

I’d like to move an object from one board to another. I can select the object and choose copy from the menu. But for the life of me I can’t find a way to paste once I am on that other board.

Hi, so I have this design document that I’m writing for my game, is it possible for me to somehow sync it to Miro board as I change it in Jetbrains Rider?

I’m using Noto Sans on windows/chrome and if you make any part of the text bold, the bold part collapses and overlaps the other text? Is anyone else seeing this? Thanks!

What are the limitations on the use of exported images of the boards I create on a free account? The policy is vague, in my interpretation, on this; it says something about for internal use only.For context, I was asked to make a graphic syllabus for a course I teach, and I’d like to actually use the graphic in my introductory presentation and syllabus, but it will be available online to people without an account.This is not a technical question: I have the image of the board exported already and ready to insert into my presentation. It is strictly a legal/policy question.

The email address registered with Miro is no longer valid. Miro will not change my email address, so how can I get a response to any request for help since it gets sent to my registered email address?I started with Miro back when it was RealtimeBoard. My account was registered to my personal email address, When my company started using Miro, I was able to access both accounts (company and personal) with one login. Awhile back I changed the registered Miro email to my work address (at the request of the company’s Miro administrator). It appears that this has confused Miro’s system, as when I try to change the email address back to my gmail account, Miro says that the email address is already in use. When I try to use a different email account, Miro never sends the confirmation email, so it never goes active. How do I get support for this? I recently retired, so any email sent to the registered email address goes to the bit bucket. Again, so how do I get support?[Edit to remove email add

I’m at my wits end. I created a miro board under a free account. I’ve been working on it for months. Now I can’t find my account at all. I’ve checked my history on all of my browsers (Safari, DuckDuckGo & Chrome) and I can’t find any inkling it ever existed. Has anyone else experienced this? 

Is there a way to share the miro board with a user from another team. (not a guest).

Hi, everyone! I'd like to know if there's a way to type while on Presentation mode. For what I could see, when I present, the tools that appeared on the left of the screen are: the sticky note, pen, and comments. Is there a way to add the text box, as well? 

Hi,I recently logged back into Miro after using it a while ago to create documents for my startup. I used the Lean Canvas and User Persona templates for these boards, but I can no longer find them on my account. We have three team admins on Miro, but all of them have left the company. How can we grant permission to another member to remove team members?

Hi there!Does anyone know how to restore a backup? I have looked through all the materials I fond but I still cannot see the button "Import" albeit I have paid account :( 

Since the new UI update, regardless if I am working in the webapp or not, I get asked to log back in about every 30 min. I asked our IT if they made any changes to the security settings, and they say they did not. It’s highly disruptive to the workflow and hoping that this is not an issue when doing a workshop with a client. I am an admin on our account, but I cannot find where we might change this setting or if that is only something that IT can do.Anyone else having this issue?

Hello!In the very beginning of our collaboration with Miro, we created a board for team members, where I was a member, not an Admin. Currently we are stuck with the problem that we have to change the participants on the board, but the person, who was an Admin on this board, already left so we don’t have an access to his account. Is there any possibility to somehow solve this issue?
