Ao me logar no miro, não consigo visualizar nenhum dos meus 28 boards.

Without more details, it’s not clear what is going wrong but a few things to check include: making sure you’re using the correct email address; that you are on an updated browser, that you are not using ad-blocking software or a VPN. If you are using a Mac, we suggest resetting the application data, since new updates don’t always go through.

If you are on a paid plan, you can also open a Miro support ticket. They will have access to see what is going on at an account level. Hi @ElvaMiro !

No, unfortunately my license is free. I can log in to miro, but my screen goes blank... I was able to share the board to access it from another account and I can see everything... I suspect it's because I used the starter license for a while and now I don't use it anymore, some bug must be happening.

If your screen goes blank when logging in, I recommend trying some basic troubleshooting steps first:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies and refresh the page.
  2. Try accessing Miro in an incognito/private browser window or on a different device to see if the issue persists.
  3. Switch between teams in your Miro profile, as sometimes boards are stored in a different team, and you may not be seeing them if you’re viewing a different team.
