Subscription fee paid but board is still locked

Could you please share when did you paid the subscription fee and kindly confirm the type of subscription, is it under Starter, Business, or Enterprise plan?

 

Also, it is worth to check the email address used when you subscribed to Miro and the email you are using to access the boards. Lastly, kindly share the board name, URL link of the board, and the team name of the paid sub so we can check why it is locked.
