Dear Community, 

 

Since last week, I have a full (paid) membership on Miro, but I still can’t create a board or space in the app (or in the browser version). Tried to log off and restart, but that didn’t help. 

 

Does anyone recognize this problem? 
I need to prep a meeting and I would need access urgently, so I hope to find support somewhere.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. Sometimes resetting the app’s data settings or reinstalling helps, as well as making sure you are using the most recent version of a browser and turning off any ad-blocker extensions. 

Since you have a paid subscription, you can also open a Miro support ticket and they will have access to see what is going on at an account level.
