Hi,

I uploaded pictures on my miro board and they are now not appearing.

Instead there is a grey scare. Are my pictures recoverable or lost? Are there specific ways to upload pictures for this not to happen or is it a bug from Miro?

Interesting - did you upload the pictures via copy/paste, drag-drop, or the upload button?

At any rate, not sure if you have tried this - don’t mean to insult your intelligence - but many people do not know that Miro uses JavaScript heavily in the browser cache, and it gets screwed up from time to time. Doing a “hard reload” (such as SHIFT-CMD-R on a Mac Chrome) can fix the problem. You can also clear your browser’s cache but the hard reload is usually faster. To see if this is the issue, you can often try looking with a different browser or the same browser in e.g. “incognito/private” mode.

My pics didn’t reappear with a hard reset. They are gone with both browsers and the desktop. Big problem.
