Miro loads infinitely, on desktop app, chrome, mozilla, and edge browsers. Already did everything you guys suggested in other threads.

Hard to keep my deep work on Miro like this. I’m scared, all of sudden on a freaking business meeting I can’t access my stuff, leaving my like a freaking amateur to everyone.

Hi @Marlon Costa Vicente,

I understand how frustrating it must be to experience this issue, especially during important business meetings.

To help resolve the issue, have you tried the troubleshooting steps here: Board performance and loading issues? These steps should help identify and fix the problem, whether it’s related to your connection, browser, or the desktop app.

If the issue persists after trying these solutions, please let me know, and I’d be happy to assist further or escalate the issue to our support team. Your deep work is important, and we want to make sure you can rely on Miro without any disruptions.

Thanks for your patience, and we’re here to help!

Tried already, nothing solves the problem.

I gave up on Miro. You guys have this problem for years now, and no solution?

I’m out.

Hi @Marlon Costa Vicente,

I’m sorry to hear that the issue remains unresolved and that it’s led to this level of frustration. While we want to regain your trust, I understand how disappointing this situation must feel, especially when you rely on the platform for critical work.

If you’re open to it, I’d like to assist further by escalating your issue directly to the Support Team. They’ll be able to take a closer look at your specific case and ensure it’s addressed comprehensively. To speed things up, it would help if you could provide:

  1. A description of when the issue began and any patterns you’ve noticed.
  2. Any error codes or additional details from the developer console (if accessible).

If you’ve decided to move on, I respect your choice but want to thank you for sharing your feedback.

Should you choose to return in the future, we’ll be here, ready to support you. Wishing you the best with your projects!
