I had the board on my course as a teacher in university and now it is deleted. I didn’t delete it and now i open the course and don’t have content. How could i restore this board? 

I do not understand how to incorporate things I’ve sent from the app post-it and where to find it on Miro and how to incorporate in my board? 

Our team has a paid business account and is unable to share our board with external users at our partner company. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

I read the Community FAQ, about editing a post. Though I can’t find the button to edit.Yes, it’s my own post. Yes, I am logged in. I tried re-logging as well. The post has been up for about 2 days. Am I missing something? Is there a time limit to edit a post?

Hi, I want to import a .rtb file from another paid account to our paid account. But I get an error message : Something went wrong, without any more details. I saw that another conversation with issue had been posted about a year ago ([RESOLVED] Anyone else having issues restoring RTB files?), the solution was to contact Miro team. Can you help me on that issue?Thanks in advance

I was a fan of this template.Now when you open it, a new one shows up (even though the name and thumbnail are the same as always).The new template seems to be made from a user/company “Sesh”, and has little to do with the original. To me this looks like a bug. Any ideas? Thanks!

I created a custom shape pack the other day to hold a load of Fortinet icons. My colleague wanted to edit and add more to the pack but he is unable. Is there a way to allow multiple people to edit one shape pack? 

The iPhone version of the Miro App shows images and wires, but the Tables are blank gray with a note that says “We’re still working on making this available for every plan.”Just paid $50 and it doesn’t work on iPhone?

I created the board on my macbook, and uploaded images onto the board. Other team members who are using their phone, have tried to download the images from the board, but the download button does not do anything. There is the icon that shows up at the bottom of the image when clicked, as well as the tab in the menu list that populates when you click the three dots. It is the same issue with different phones. No message comes on the screen, and the file is nowhere to be found on the iphone if it is downloading. 

Help please miro legends! I have used a backlog template and put hours of work into crafting the timeline feature last night, and when I got back online this afternoon, the timeline content has disappeared.The tag at the top is still there, the box in which it sits is still there, but all of the content has gone, (a clear blue box with nothing in it). has anyone else encountered this?If so, is there any known fix?I need it for a big presentation tomorrow… stress!!!Thanks in advance! 

Even though, in REST API Reference I found default fillColor for frame is #ffffff ( ‘transparent’ ), I get WHITE frame when created. How to create transparent frame with Rest API? Is it only possible with Web SDK by setting frame fillColor to ‘transparent’?Thank you in advance,Tamara

Is there any way to restore deleted team or board this team belong?Did a cleanup and delete deprecated teams from my account but important board I'm looking for  was assigned with old team. A bit shocked now. As an improvement why not to place boards name on the popup with warning(not only numbers of boards to be deleted.

Hello, I recently purchased a Starter Miro subscription as an individual, not as part of a company. I use it for my learnings, especially AWS. To my surprise the AWS icons are only available to Business plans. I find it a bit shameful that such a simple feature is unavailable after paying 8$ a month. As an individual user I couldn’t care less about “built-in timers, video chats and estimation apps” that would honestly make more sense belonging to the business tiers, while basic AWS icons are missing. I really like the product and was evangelizing it to others, but honestly I will cancel my subscription if this isn’t made available and switch to Lucidchart or similar. Best, GL

I seek formal permission to use these images in my publication, as previously indicated in Miro community discussions, users own the content they create. We have an Enterprise plan, in our settings, we have not enabled the Two-factor authentication (2FA) as shown.However, today some of our users were prompted to enable two-factor authentication during normal login (not via SSO). They were asked to setup 2FA.This happened to a number of users, not all users were prompted. Why was it?The expectation is, when this 2FA is still deactivated, it should not prompt users to use 2FA to sign in.Any idea?

Hi,A board I own has disappeared from my account. When I try to access it via the link, I get this message:"Board has been deleted. To access the board, please ask the board owner to restore it."This is the link: But since I'm the owner and it's not in my Trash folder (and I didn't delete it), I'm unsure what to do. I hope this is the right place to report a bug - I couldn’t find anywhere obvious to do it. When working with code blocks in Miro (I’m using the desktop app in Windows), the font is a slightly different size when editing vs viewing. And when I click off the code block, it calculates the size based on the editing size, and not the viewing size. This only really shows itself from about 25 lines and longer. Here’s an example with 30 lines in a code block While editing:And as soon as I click out to stop editing:The only way I’ve found to fix this is to turn line numbers off and on again, and it resizes to the size it should be

I've read that for OCR to work, the image resolution must be at least 640x480 (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/22401862585234-OCR-Optical-Character-Recognition-Beta-release).Does this mean that OCR won't work in a smaller image? in icons, 16x16 pixels for example.

Hi,I have a board with a large number of users. We need to create a new space and give the users access t to that space. Finally we will move the board to new space. I cannot find a way to get a list of users. Everywhere I go, I can find a way to extract users.I have hundreds of users, I’m willing to spend 2 or 3 hours to copy paste each user but Miro strangly forbid to copy text. Miro seems to show users like a picture.What can I do?

Hii party peopleI’m a student, so I’m working on a free account, MacBook, Firefox.My group and I worked on one board for the last few months. Now this Thursday is due day, and I wanted to export a few elements to add in my papers. So I did successfully export a few elements of our Miro board as an image. Now I wanted to export another one, and suddenly “embed” is the only available option for me (see screenshot down).I did successfully export a variety of elements out of the same board just like 40minute ago. Back then,I had the option between PDF and images, could even say as PNG or SVG. Everything worked fine.I tried as follows:A. I tried to select the item I want over the title in the left corner. – no successB. I tried to select every element in the section. – no successC. I logged out of my account, deleted the cookies and logged in again. – no successD. I downloaded the app for my macBook and tried the selection of A+B. – no successE. I tried turning my laptop off and on again. –

Help,I’m only seeing dependency lines when the Dependencies app is open. The filter is set to always on, but when I close the Dependencies app, the dependency lines are no longer visible on the Miro board. Thank you in advance.

Where has the search bar gone? It used to be in the top left box but it seems to have disappeared? Free version.
