@KimKlemke -
What Miro plan are you on? If this is a Team plan with only one Team in use, I’m wondering whether you’d need to be a Company Admin (not just a Team Admin) to do this…

My company got a license donated: Educational plan, 100 members.
As the team administrator I cannot see how many licenses remain. I was told we got 100 licenses, but I can't see this number in the interface.
The interface shows me how many team members we got, but there's no button to remove members. Supposed people no longer are board owners, not active anymore etc: there's no button in my interface.
Is there a way to remove inactive team members?
For the educational license: is this relevant at all? The interface shows no cap on team members, is it there at all?
To answer my own question: Team Ownership was not transferred yet.
After transfer of ownership the Teams Profile now shows me the things I need:
the team size, the number of licenses left, and the option to delete members.
Hi There,
A user accidentally added 19 members, instead of sharing a link for collaboration. My subscription costs have tripled, and now I can’t delete the ‘members’ or their boards. I need help please !
