Hello!

I have recieved in my email the email telling me that my account is now in the business plan. However, when I login into my account, it is still in the free plan. I don’t understand why is that.

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like there might be a mismatch between the email address associated with your subscription and the one you're logging in with.

 

Could you please confirm the email address tied to the account where you received the confirmation email for the Business Plan upgrade?

 

Once we verify the correct email address:

  • Ensure you're using the same email to log in that was used for the Business Plan subscription.
  • If the Business Plan is applied to a specific team, ensure you're accessing that team within your account. You can switch teams by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting the appropriate team.

If everything matches and you’re still seeing the Free Plan, let us know so we can investigate further!
