I encountered a frustrating situation with Miro. There is an unauthorized charge on my CC for $192 - (I’m sure $16/12 for a Miro subscription -business plan). I would like to be refunded immediately. I am not pleased that I have to submit this form to a community to get a refund for an unauthorized charge.

I have an unauthorized charge as well. I’m on the Free plan. I don’t even have the Billing link and cannot figure out how Miro charged my credit card. I cannot find a way to contact Miro for help other than this community link.
