Nyt minulla ei kuitenkaan ole kaikkia niitä mahdollisuuksia Miro-boardilla joiden tulisi kuulua Education Planiin. Olisiko mahdollista päivittää oikeudet niin että Education planin mukaiset toiminnot olisivat käytössäni, kiitos. Olen toimittanut teille tiedot työantajastani joka on Laurea Ammattikorkeakoulu. Hi! I encountered a bug with Roadmap planning template while using Russian language.At first everything worked well, but few days ago all “Roadmap planning” templates turned Russian text into a mess that looks like this:All other templates that I used in my board still look fine. What could be the problem?

Hello! Everyone, I would like to ask for help. I forgot to cancel my free trial for the business plan and I automatically got signed up for the monthly business plan, is there anyway to cancel this? При открытии доски текст в таблицах стал кракозяброй какой-то, причём не весь. Всё что было русскими буквами, насколько я помню стало так выглядеть.

There is no Russian language in Roadmap. Will it be fixed? If so, may I ask you to specify when?

I use vietnamese and it seems like tables feature have updated something during our Tet holiday. When we come back, some of the words that have Vietnamese tone marks has format error like the attached image. Can anyone help us to change the format back to before? Or how can I complain with Miro dev to fix this problem :P By the way, the tables/timline feature is really helpful for me. I only wish it can sync the data to other miro boards without allow user to see both board or to join on the team. Because there’s some board I want to share to other people who not in my team. If it possible, please consider adding it to the next updates.Thanks for reading.

Hello!Iam a board owner, for some reason all tool bars disappeared.I’ve tried to log in and out, rename the board but still nothing has changed.Please help me to solve this.

I want to use Epic Link as swimlanes.Even though the Epic Link info is available on the Cards, it is not usable as swimlane.

Hi support team and community,I’m attempting to set up a miro board in MS teams for my team, of which I am an owner of.We have the Miro app availableHowever, each time I attempt to set up a new board I get an error; Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.Does anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve this? 

I have designed a board with several frames (some of which include sticky pads) to be used for a workshop that will include client personnel outside my organization. The process is very specific. I need to be able to invite them to the board, land on a specific frame and guide their navigation from frame to frame through the process so that they do not need to become a Miro expert in order to contribute their ideas anonymously. I want to summarize ideas and feed them back in a second session and allow them to vote anonymously on the concepts that come out of the first session. I do not want to allow these users to edit the board itself -- simply contribute ideas via sticky notes.. We have tried several approaches to sharing the board (different levels of permission, copying links, etc.) and nothing seems to allow this level of interaction. It appears they can either view or edit. Is there some way to configure Miro to allow for this to happen? It looked like it would work but we have d

My team and I do design work for external clients. We do our daily work in a board that clients can’t access. Eventually, we wind up with finished items that we want to share with clients. Right now, we copy and paste those items into a second board shared with our clients, leaving us with two copies of stuff.Is there a way to directly embed frames from the team board into the client-facing board? If that’s not possible, does anyone have best practices to share about how to manage work-in-progress vs. client-facing content? We have a lot of scratch work, stuff we’re not ready to share with clients, comments, etc. on our team boards, so letting clients into those boards and hiding frames isn’t practical. 

So I want to let Miro know that a 48$ dollar higher yearly fee all of a sudden is outrageous, in my opinion.I guess that 's not possible anywhere? They will read the community platform too I hope… Regards,Bert

Opened Miro today and the dashboard that used to be full of all my recent boards is now full of boards I have never visited before. They are boards owned by people associated with me but how do I find recently opened boards regardless of team? I have checked through each team via the search bar and nothing shows.Also on the ios app on my phone the dashboard is full of these recent boards so I know they exist within my account just do not see them on desktop.Thank you for any help

Hi,I would like to use Miro not only as a team tool but also as a personal tool to have personal boards of my own mind maps. It becomes a problem when needing to work offline (ex: in the train with bad/no wifi). I understand Miro doesn’t work offline on colaborative boards as the timeline of modification would become hard to follow. But for a personal boards not shared, is there a way to work offline? Technicaly, if not shared, it would not be complicated at all, only would require to stock data on local hard drive.

Hello guys, just recently we started using Miro after we used Confluence whiteboards for years and we have a lot of legacy boards. Is there any way how to migrate Confluence board to Miro?

Hi,I have two questions about the JIRA-Integration I unfortunately can’t test for myself right now but they should be easy two answer for someone using it already. 😊Is there a way to restrict who can import JIRA-Tickets to a Miro-Board? Ideally only owners of the board should be allowed to import JIRA-Tickets to their boards since only they can see who has access to the board imo. How many fields can be displayed in the preview of the JIRA-cards? Since the preview of the JIRA cards has no authorization-requirements I hope the view is somehow restricted.Thanks in advance!Nils

I’m looking to cancel my subscription but I cannot access the company tab and billing to do this on my page.  I also do not have an invoice number or address to be able to raise this, is anyone able to advise? 

So I’m collaborating with another user on a board.We have boxes with colour backgrounds, some with, some without opacity.We can BOTH create and see the correct colours, i.e. 100% and 50% opacity.BUT the other person doesn’t see the applied transparency but 100% opacity.If I colour pick I see 100% even if, on her end it was set to 50%.To make it really confusing, for some objects it’s fine, for some it isn’t. In some cases we can get this to work when we apply the change multiple times. Note that we can change the underlying colour and the change becomes visible to both of us as expected.This does not resolve by refreshing the browser window.Anyone seen this too?  

Hi there. I am creating sticky notes on a board and the text isn’t wrapping, so I end up with words split in odd places, rather than auto-adjusting. For example, I have a note that currently looks like this: If I make the font size smaller then it fits properly, but it’s too small. For the size in the image above or larger, the whole word ‘over’ won’t wrap to the next line. The font size is set on auto, so I’m lost as to how to solve this issue. Why won’t it work? Make it work! :(Anyone got any ideas? :)

Will I be able to use Apple Scribble (in iPadOS 14) instead of the electronic keyboard in Miro, especially to create sticky notes?

Hi,  I got the new IPad, Apple Scribble is enabled but the handwriting is not converting to text into the Miro App. Any suggestions how to fiz this?
