HI, has anyone had an issue with Hotkeys in Miro. For some reason Hotkeys just became active when I open Miro. For example when I try to type the letter "s", a stickie note is added to the Board. According to Miro the hotkeys cannot be disabled. It also only happens on boards that use layers. Boards without layers do not have this issue.

I am doing a wireframe and have a vertical scroll bar that can not be selected and will not delete. Any tricks on getting rid of it?

My Miro board suddenly looks extremely messy.Whenever a note or text field is focused for editing it looks good.What is causing this and how can I resolve it?  

Still occurring as of 9/29/22. Worked a few days ago and now everything is reformatted -- nothing updated or changed on my end. Using Firefox 105.0.1 (64-bit) on MBP OS Monterey 12.5.1, Browser version of Miro in enterprise account.

Mobile Android app is not functioning correct, I can't add or edit text in shapes, double tap or long press both activate move mode and I can't find any other way to edit text in shapes phone : Samsung  galaxy S23 ultra 

Hello!I accidentally left the team now I don't have access to all my own boards.Unfortunately, the team owner cannot take me back. And i don't even know him personally.Please, how can I get access to my board? Or how can I delete them?

Hello,I have a free plan with one board, and I want to grant editing access to two people. The description of the free plan mentions that I can invite permanent team members to edit boards. How can I do this?

Hello. I want to colorize the shape with multiple colors. For example, in the Paint program, I simply draw a line dividing the shape into sectors and paint each sector in the desired color. How to do it in Miro?

Hi Guys,I tried to adopt layers to our workflow but encountered strange behaviour. The process:I create layer “Iteration 1” (leaving the default layer empty) I add some shapes and text to this layer and then get comments on it. Then I duplicate layer "Iteration 1" and name it “Iteration 2”------ Up to this step everything has been fine ----But when I try to edit “Iteration 2” some of the elements are added to the “Default layer”.I edit things with the popup “You are editing “Iteration 2” layer on my screen.The outcome I want is simple: to have different content on different layers. Am I missing something, or is it a bug?

Hi.I’m a company admin and i deactivated all notifications i could find. Still i’m getting a lot of mails from miro. The onboarding, a mail about some “miro admin console” and so on.Is there a way to stopp this? And if the answere is no → WHY?

Hey everybody, I’m working on a rather complex swimlane diagram which shows a very annoying snapping behaviour of it’s lines. See the video below. It is especially annoying that the lines snap to completely non-sensical configurations even though there is no work done on the lines.Is there a way to turn this off?

Hello, I was very excited to find the layers function. Being able to easily lock down everything on a “facilitator’s level” was a dream come true. My thought was that I could have a seperate “Participants’ Level” where stickies & dot voting etc. would be accessible without the risk of participants messing up the underlying design elements. But during the workshop in my pilot experiment, I had issues with participants losing stickies behind frames or having them get locked & be unlockable because they were seemingly added to the wrong level? Also, using levels seems to have broken all of the in-board navigation links I made between sections of the board. Just wondering if this is a misunderstanding of the functionality on my part? Or a function that is still in development? Or if there is some additional guidance or demo video or something to help me understand & use the tool appropriately? (The Miro info page on layers is pretty light on details, instructions & use case

Hi,i want to use Talktrack in my Retros and Presentations and i just start to play a bit around with Talktracks. My problem: even though i record the Talktrack with the right micro & camera once i playback the video there is no sound. And no: mute is switched off and yes, the volume is turned on What can be the solution?Looking forward to hearing your comments on this

HiI see many shortcuts but not to for bullets or outline when entering text or anywhere where a bullet is allowed.Is there a shortcut for this?

Hello! There has been a sublte change in my miro user experience. Before, you could hover a mouse over an item on your board, click on it and change its position without the item being highlighted. It looked neat and satisfying, as if you are dealing with real life 2d objects. Now, you hover your mouse, click on the item to replace it, and the item gets highlighted, it literally ruins the whole experience for me! why is that suddenly a thing? how do i turn this off?

I have an image with 3 connected lines and I’d like to delete the image to use another one.When I delete the shape all connected lines get deleted as well and I don’t want to redo them all.I can disconnect lines one by one but that is a bit tedious.Any tips would be appreciated. Thank. SeB.
