Using a text object or even shapes or stickies, I’m suddenly faced with terrible word breaks or line breaks on a line, not even hyphenation that makes sense.I’m getting something like the word approved being broken at random places like a <br> pproved or ap<br>proved in these text boxes.Scaling the bounds of the box doesn’t help it just changes other words breaking at unusual places.One workaround sometimes works by copying text out, pasting into a google draft somewhere, clearing formatting, and pasting back into Miro. But that doesnt always fix it and sometimes it just comes back when scaling the bounding box again.Super frustrated by this. Any solution / help?

I have a series of boards created on an Education subscription. I no longer have access to the original email used to set up the account as it was linked to the course that i was taking. I have a Miro account linked to a personal email and am a Team member through that profile on the boards i want to access.The boards are currentlt all locked as the education subscription has expired. How can I gain access to these boards?

Hi everyone,I try to use a personal kanban board to manage my to-dos. My problem is, that I cannot find a template or create a board that does not show all Info in a column. I have a “done” column, which keeps on growing and getting messy. I do not want to see all the “done” cards all the time (see Screenshot column on the right).Please help me out, there is probably an easy solution.Best 

Hello, My Miro board greys out when loading boards that contains images. It happens only on my Miro - both on app and browser, my collegues don’t have this issue when viewing the same board - so probably it’s a bug.

I'm using Miro for the first time, I've created a table that I want to finish to show my management and maybe convince them to sign up for a paid package. However, I'm told that I've reached 3 tables in the Free version. Miro counts 2 other tables which, for me, were only used for a few seconds to try out some tools, and I wasn't even aware that they were counted. Then this morning, I'm blocked in READ ONLY mode for the 3rd table, and invited to take out a package. How can I finish it, then present it and convince my management to take a package? 

When a user leaves the company or their Miro account is taken away, Boards default to the admin.  Inevitably someone wants access to the orphaned board and its up to the administrator to figure it out.  Does anyone have a good management method to deal with this situation?

Is it possible to organize Spaces within other parent Spaces?

Hi,I just checked my creditcard records and it showed that I pay Miro for almost a year now, but I only have a free plan in my company account. So I cannot acces to stop billing. Can someone stop the billing for me? And can I get a refund for this period?

I have boards connected to our company jira & confluence.I can import jira(s) using “Tools, Media, Integration” / Jira Cards. These are rendered as expected (see below).However, when I cut-n-paste a URL onto the board, I only see placeholder cards. The links work, but the visual information is wrong (see below)  

Hi,I’m trying to create my own Ikigai template and are having problems with colouring the overlapping circles. I can select a circle, change the colour and the transparency, but whilst Miro saves the colour, as soon as I exit the board and return, the transparency settings are incorrect. I’ve done community and general Google searches and there are many results where people are recommending trying saving to a different % of transparency, clicking out of the object and then saving the correct % a second time, using different browsers (I’ve tried both Safari and Chrome), emptying the browser cache, switching off any extensions, duplicating the cluster of overlapping circles or just starting entirely from scratch. I’ve tried all of the above and none of it makes any difference.Has anybody else encountered this problem? If so, were you able to find a solution?Thanks in advance for your help.Bruce

Hello! I am logged to my account from computer, phone and iPad. Everything works on computer and phone, but when I open any board with my iPad I can see the board and everything on it but I don’t see any tools, I can’t write on the board on my IPad. I even don’t have an exit bottom to go to the page with all the boards if I open any one of them. So I get stuck in the board I open without any visible tools or any bottoms at all. What can I do? Thank you very much.

In Jira Planner, there is the Option to include Sprints and select the current active and future sprints from the board selected.Where a card has been actioned in previous Sprints and also in the current Sprint still, the card is not displayed in Planner. Seems only Cards which are new in the current Sprint, but if a card is in older sprints. Is there a way to include cards which are carried and have multiple sprints for cards?

 I find that the left notes the text shows fine. Almost take the whole space in the note. But the right one leave a lot of margin in the note. Why this happens. I click on the note and make the setting of both same but not work.  how to solve this? 

I have editor rights for MIRO but unable to perform any function on any miro board. Unable to move scroll side to side and perform any functions. Not a problem with my keyboard as laptop changed and issue still exists. Any idea why my functions are not working?

I have found a strange bug when typing Chinese characters on a board. doesn't matter what board also don't matter wether I type on a sticker or in a typing box, both on iOS - MacBook and iPad. the problem is that when I type, the latin also appears after the characters. so when you finish typing there are both characters and latin (latin is somehow backwards) how to fix it?

We just configure the Jira/Miro card integration. And while it’s working well, I wonder if there is a way to customize the cards. We are managing our iterations in Miro and preferably want to see only the summary and the assignee. That way we could see more cards without scrolling or zooming out.Thanks for any pointers!

Hi Miro Community,I'm working on a project that uses the Miro REST API to update an existing image widget with content from a Dropbox URL. While the API successfully processes the updates (I get a 200 response and the modifiedAt timestamp confirms the widget has been updated), the widget still displays a cached version of the image hosted on Miro’s servers.Here’s a summary of what I’ve done:I’m appending a cache-busting query parameter (e.g., &cb=<timestamp>) to the Dropbox URL to ensure the URL looks unique for each update. I’m temporarily setting the widget’s image URL to a placeholder before applying the updated Dropbox URL to force Miro to refresh the image. The modifiedAt field in the widget API response updates, confirming that Miro acknowledges the change, but the imageUrl field still points to a Miro-hosted cached version of the image. If I manually update the image widget in the Miro UI, it correctly fetches the updated Dropbox content.My Questions:Is there a way to
