Hello community,a few days ago I started experiencing an issue with text encoding in my Miro board where I use roadmap feature.I use characters from Central European alphabet like ěščřžý… This issue was not there before so I suppose if some recent update caused a bug there?Thanks for your help,Lukas

I cant download the canvas in my board as PDF??

I have been receiving a recurring monthly charge (US$70) and it does not show that I have an active plan. I searched for instructions to access billing information, but the tutorial indicates an option that is not available when I access it (because I don't have it). I need a response because I cannot continue paying and I need to be reimbursed.

The texts in all the shape modules on our miro board have disappeared. We are urgently waiting for help to fix this bug, which is critical for the project we are in the development process. 

Hi all, Is there a way to reorder tabs in the horizontal and vertical tab groups in the wireframe library.I haven’t found a way to do so yet. It seems the only solution is to remake the entire component from scratch - is that correct?Related to this, I can add items, but no delete them.Hopefully, I’m just missing something - any help, much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I have an Education plan, but have moved from one university to a different one. I am not able to change my email address registered to the plan, which is my previous university’s email (that I no longer have access to). When I try to change my email address in the Miro Profile settings I get the “You cannot change your email to or from a domain belonging to an organization” error like the Enterprise plans do, but unlike the Enterprise plans I can’t reach out to Support.I guess I could download all the boards, apply for a new Education plan with my new institutional affiliation, and then re-upload them all to the new account and sort out loads of permissions again, but is there an easier way? Has anyone else done this?Thanks!Dan  

It is odd...I can change the width of the text box without adjusting the height, but I can’t do the other way around.

Hi,I’ve just subscribed to the Business Plan because I think Miro could create an even more engaging experience for my business coaching clients. What is the best way to configure it for working with multiple clients? When I created my Miro account I created a single team and noticed that when I shared a board with a guest (me using a personal email address of mine as a trial), that when I logged in from the link in the invitation email I could see all the other boards connected with the team. I obviously don’t want my coaching clients to see anything other than the board that I’ve given them access to. For each new coaching client that I work with, should I create a new team, creating a board or boards associated with the new team and then emailing the invitation to the guest, giving them editing permissions? Are there any additional costs for this? Do all my coaching clients have to subscribe to Miro themselves?I just want to be sure that I’m doing everything correctly from the begin

I’ve updated miro, restarted my computer, done all the things… but there seems to be a bug copying from a post it to a shape. Everything that was wrapped becomes justified, and I have to manually format every single line (for context its a 2 month piece of work I’m trying to pull into a report 😩) Is there a work around? Is this a known bug?This wasn’t happening to me yesterday, has just started today...

Hi all,I am having weird problems with the timeline board. Dates keep changing to random even though I save the dates.  Open records in the side panel doesnt work either Both were working fine but past couple of days, seems like miro has a bug, I dont know any way to contact their support. I have cleared the caches, tried new boards, but the problem persists.Any ideas on how you have solved this? Yesh

Can I create a custom URL that points to a specific Miro Board?  We share specific Miro boards with different individuals and would like to be able to provide them with a custom URL set up by us to point to their respective board. 

On my whiteboard, certain elements behave strangely. Some lines keep changing their thickness, and specific headings or elements move out of place after I adjust them. I update and save my whiteboard every day with new information, and my work saves correctly, but these specific elements always revert or shift after I close the website. I’ve tried locking and grouping these elements, but they still move and change. I even replaced them with new ones, but the same issue happens. No one else has access to my whiteboard—it's just me. 

I tried to find how can I control the Estimate field in Miro Cards but it seems there is no described method for it. Can someone please comment?

On the Timeline it shows weeks starting on Mondays and I would like to change that back to normal.

When bolding, italicizing, underlining, or striking through a word or words in a sticky note, the text wrapping is messed up. Notes work as expected without formatting these words. Issue persists on Chome (both normal and incognito) and Edge.

Hi all,I’ve been frustrated with this new thing that Miro does, where in the same text box the formatting will reset whenever you create new lines… the formatting does not carry over when press enter… which it literally would in every other text editing app that exist today.And it’s funny to me that I might have to post this as a wishlist idea to Miro.Any thoughts? 

If I have objects broken out into different layers, can they be contained within a frame as well?  I notice that if I use layers, then move the frame, the objects within the frame don’t follow to the new location of the frame.  It only seems to work if all objects are in the same layer as the frame itself.

Dear Community,  my team and I come together on a Miro Board once every week.I want to random Pick a member to work us through the board before we start the meeting. Therefore the spinny picker wheel is exactly what iam looking for.Spinny Picker + Miro | Team Collaboration Apps MarketplaceDoes anyone know if it is possible to fix the wheel permanently to the board for everyoneand also how to safe the entries? Currently after every spin one optionis getting removed from the wheel. Also Iam not able to put the wheel inside the boardas part of it.And if none of the above is possible to configure does anyone have an alternative how to do such random pick job? (Please dont name “Totally Random” Application)Best regardsAndy
