When I paste an image from the browser to the Miro board, it displays the loading and after is finished, the image is not displayed. What could be happening?. It is not happening when I upload a photo from a local folder.  

every time when I screen clip an image and paste to the board, it will pop up a notice: there was a problem uploading your image yesterday it’s ok and I only success once today. the image format is PNG and not large I changed lots of VPN and refresh my PC Miro and miro page still not fixwho can help me

Please tell me if this can be done with existing users in the system and, if so, is there a document that will help us understand how to do this without stopping the operation of this critical service for our management managers? Hello,A few days ago, $44 was charged to my card for a Miro subscription for three users. However, I currently have only one user—myself. Two additional users were added automatically, but I did not add them, so I cannot pay for them.I kindly request a refund for the portion of the charge that was for these two extra users. This was not part of my planned expenses for the month, and I really need this money right now, as I am trying to make ends meet.Thank you for your understanding. Hi there, does AppMetadata store data per board or is the data shared across different boards?I ‘m not able to understand the documentation as it says that it is stored per board, but the data persist when making a copy of a board.

Hi, I am trying to add sections to a space in miro. I am the owner of the space, but I am not able to create it. Can anyone let me know if there are any settings to change ? I can see the move to section option when I click on editing a board, but I am not able to see an option to create a section 

Hi all,This concerns Android with the android app.I’ve tried to open a public board by clicking on a link that was shared with me, in this format:https://miro.com/app/board/XXX=/?share_link_id=XXXWhen clicking the link, i have the option to open it in the Miro app. When I select the miro app, it opens but doesn’t load the board as expected, it just redirects me to the home page of the team I had open last time.I’ve tried opening the board when logged into the Miro app with an account that is added as editor to the board that was linked, and also when logged in with a different account that is not added (so ends up as guest).I can open the board normally with both accounts in the browser. Any clue what’s going on? Often, I find myself needing to share multiple assets like images, documents, and PDFs, but the process of downloading and uploading them one by one is very time-consuming.I was wondering if there’s a way to streamline this process within Miro, perhaps with an integration that allows users to zip files directly from the platform. I just finished a board and lost access to it. I can't see any board in my account and can't create a new one.The only page i can see is the one asking me to join a Team.

Is there a way to delete theme tags from a table? The default example theme (something about “Improvements of accounts”) is always popping up annoyingly and I cannot seem to remove it. Same with themes we deem irrelevant and want to delete again. And finally editing themes does not seem possible either.  is it possible to change the color of the theme labels, they all default to dark brown. 

I have free plan at the moment and want to change the boards that are in view only modeBecause i have a board that i dont need anymore but cannot see how to switch it to VIEW ONLY mode so i can then create a new BoardAnd how can I change a VIEW ONLY board back to work on it again once i have only 2-3 boards in my space?

I'm on the free version but have 4 boards which are all editable (hurray!) but as I'm going to use it for a conference I don't want that function to revert to what i think it ought to be (3 editable boards). Any idea which I seem to have special treatment??

hello! I have a problem with my subscription. I paid for a starter pack YEARLY and i was charged 96$. then i clicked on “cancel my subscription “ so not to get automatically charged next year i did not get any refund and i supposed to use my subscription till January 5, 2026.But now i’m not allowed to open my boards because my plan has expired. I paid for the plan till 5 January, 2026. I want to use it. I have a receipt in my inbox. I would like to get a right to use what I paid for or a refund. Technically now i’m on a free plan with no option to contact Support Service :)  What should i do? I feel like i was robbed 

Hello,In a recent update, Miro introduced a feature that auto zooms on frames when clicking on them.I.e. I click on a frame, and the UI zooms in to bring that frame in full view.I can see that this can be useful at times, but it can also be annoying - for example, if I want to move a frame to a different position, then the zoom level changes and it makes it harder to move frames.Is there a way to disable the feature? I don’t want Miro to pan or zoom automatically, or change my view in any way when I click on objects. 

Hi there,I’ve been trying to add metadata to my images, however it seems like it’s not supported/updated for some reason.Ways to reproduce:1. Empty board - add a single image to the board.2. Console:const [item] = await miro.board.get();await item.setMetadata('test', 'data')await item.getMetadata()You will see the meta data present on the single item that is on the board - an image.3. Then close the board and re-open it.4. Console:const [item] = await miro.board.get();await item.getMetadata()5. It is now empty, no data is saved on the item :(If I try the exact same thing with a Card, it works just fine.If I try the exact same thing with a Sticky Note - it also doesn’t work.I’ve also tried to do item.sync() to see if that would lead anywhere, but it also doesn’t.It seems like it’s not saving across sessions? If there’s something I’m missing then this is not documented very well in the SDK docs.

I tried to sign up for a starter plan by clicking on “Upgrade”, but it is in the process of being renewed and I can't sign up.It has been refreshing for about 2 hours now.I have logged out and restarted my computer.The Wi-Fi environment is fine.I'm having trouble finding the cause of the problem.Thank you in advance for your help.

I've looked around and found no answer for this specific question.I understand that enterprise accounts have different security features.But I right now, my account is linked into a bunch of different enterprise accounts (as a consultant, this is common) and one (could be more?) of them has the automatic sign-off to every day.I get why they do it.But it affects me too.I'd love to just exit that workspace/enterprise account.But since I don't know which of them does it, I can't. Request/AskIf I could at least know which enterprise account is cascading this setting to MY own Miro, I'd just leave it.Is there any way I can figure this out? Thank you very muchJoão

I’ve used the desktop app for a long time but just reformatted my computer.  Now, after downloading and installing the application, I do not see where you log into the app.  Below is what I see when I launch the desktop app.  Any ideas? 

Hi, new to Miro. Have a business account.can I set up a page that is open to anyone to add whatever content they want, but not delete other people’s content. and then I have permission as overall owner to today up and edit as needed.  thank you!  

Miro, Please help. I previously achieved the honor of being in the top 1% of Miro users, but now I’m really disappointed.I am a heavy Chinese user (a startup founder). I use Miro every single day. Everyone in my company uses Miro. From Agile to stand-up meetings to OGSM to all brainstorming sessions, everything is done on Miro. Miro is an essential part of my life. Even my girl friend is just as passionate about Miro as I am, we plan our life on miro.And yet, we all suffer from the poor Chinese typing experience! I was working on designing a game with someone who I thought was my friend. I put forth a ton of work into it and poured my heart and soul into it. They were acting strange and got mad at me for seemingly no reason, then kicked me from my own board and deleted it. Is there any way possible I can get this back so I can keep working on my game? Hi!I am using Miro for teaching purposes and I have a question that I have not been able to resolve with the FAQs. How to prevent a guest with editor permissions from unintentionally making copies of locked items? I want the guests can use Miro item such as sticky notes and more, but the group is large and not very IT-savvy, so often, unintentionally, duplicate items are grouped together and create quite a lot of chaos. Is there a way to block and avoid copying items?Thanks!

Hi there, I am currently facing the issue that I want to copy a board and store it in a specific Space. Is this somehow possible? I can’t find any reference about it, even though it seems like a very simple use case.  Otherwise, this would be highly requested, as we want to maintain our desired structure. Kind regardsChris 

Basically I created an appendices board on my desktop, and saved the page to my bookmarked tab. When I try to access it now (I wanted to add it to another board on my account) I have to request access even though I’m on the correct account, when I go to accept access in my emails I get the same message, that I don’t have access to the board. Tried all my emails to see if I set the board up with a different account but it doesn’t work either. I have the original board link saved and I’m wondering if I can access it again

Hey, I have an basic plan and still cant import boards from backup? research like an hour still no idea. pls help or isnt possible with basic plan? regard Jasper
