Hey everyone,Looking for some help with pulling a report on user accounts and their activity from Miro Admin Console. The idea is to figure out which accounts aren’t active anymore or have very little activity.If you’ve got any tips or know how to do this, let me know!Thanks a lot! 😊

Hi, I am using the timeline template https://miro.com/templates/timeline-template/ . I used it on a board, which I am sharing with other colleagues. While most of them can view the timeline, one cannot. Instead there is the following error message visible: synced view  - you do not have permission to view this data - request access.I assume that there are some permissions to use a table necessary - but cannot figure out how to find out or even change it. Furthermore, the person who has no access is new to miro - so there cannot be any worng settings… any ideas? 

I lost all my boards but I don’t know why. I was in the team that Miro gives you when you log in the first time. Suddenly the team disappeared with all my boards. I tried to use the links to the boards (as written in FAQs) but it asks me to send a request to the admin, who doesn’t respond. Anyone with a similar problem can help?Thank you :)

 I just opened an older board I had and the tables I had are now out of place. They are much longer than they should be and can only be scaled. They cannot be sized vertically or horizontally.The table used to be centred within the yellow rectangleThe text didn’t used to be a serif font.I’m not sure about the background, if that used to be white.When I edit, the form appear all the way to the left:I’m not finding any very good suitable replacement for this widget. Short of using a grid and manually drawing up the table by hand.Anyone seen this before? Any fixes or workarounds?

Hi I’m on an education plan. All my content has disappeared. I followed another thread which said to use command A to select everything and it shows I have 400 objects on the board then option 1 to zoom out to see everything on the boards. I did this but still nothing shows. All my boards are the same. I’m desperate as I need this to teach my class on Monday. So grateful for any ideas. Below is zoomed out to 2%. 

How do you create value Chain analysis of a company eg Amazon, Tesla or Coca Cola?

First off, I’m super psyched about this new feature!!!  Once it becomes more functional, I expect to use it very regularly.My first time using this feature resulted in a loss of formatting upon enabling sync.  Is anyone else having this problem?BEFORE ENABLING SYNCAFTER ENABLING SYNC 

I unpinned the pen feature by accident and now I can’t find it in the tools. When I click ‘search for more tools’ I get a refused to connect screen.

You can put the original SVG image on the board by using the created drag and drop function. I want to change the aspect ratio of the image. Is there any way? I tried putting preserveAspectRatio = "none" in the SVG element, but I couldn't.

As the subject says, I’d like to be able to start the iPad app and have it go to the board selection screen rather than have it immediately create me a new board.  This is very annoying as I frequently I want to launch the app and then go view/edit a previously created board.  Instead I have to exit out of the newly created board, then delete it so I don’t end up with a bunch of Untitled boards littering up my view.  Clicking the New Board button when I actually want a new board would be much preferred (which is how the web application works). Hopefully there is something simple that I am overlooking, but I just can’t seem to find it.  Any help appreciated, thanks,   Matt

Hi!Everything was working fine previously, but I can’t copy and paste images into any boards now (both ctrl+v and manually selecting “paste” doesn’t work). Last time I used it was in November and it was fine.I tried to clear cache and disable extensions, and switched browser, but none of those helps. Anyone know how to solve it?Thank you!

At the moment I have still free plan for Miro boards. How can external users/people join Miro board without me sending them invitation and giving them permissions? How can they join (what kind of settings should i have) that they can join by only having my board link?thankssimon 

Hi,is it possible that other people joining my Miro board dont have access afterwards to all other boards of yours? I have free plan.Regardssimon

Seemingly, a bug, so I wonder if anyone else has seen it.In the active user search, once I’ve typed the first symbol, Miro would change the focus from the search field to something else. So if I keep typing, nothing else would appear in the search field. I have to return to the search field by clicking on it, then I can finish typing. It’s a permanent issue, appears at least in Edge and Chrome, and I’ve had it already for quite a while.

Okay, this might be a very stupid question, but i can't really seem to find the answer for it.I'm looking at the pricing page and i am wondering what exactly is considered a workspace in Miro terms. The term is not used at all in the matrix below the pricing tables and i can't find the term “workspace” in the dashboard anywhere either.I'm referring to the one that says:Free: Single workspace with 3 editable boardsStarter:Single workspace with unlimited boardsBusiness:Unlimited private and secure workspaces with unlimited boards for every team and client If i google for “miro workspace”, i'm just being directed towards some marketing terms, but not too any functional application in the board. Is it the teams? is it the organizations? I am using REST API to retrieve the cards on a miro board withhttps://api.miro.com/v2/boards/BoardId/items?type=cardmy board contains a significant number of items (>100) and i am using the cursor feature to fetch all of them.For an unknown reason some cards are returned with a geometry and position object and some other cards are lacking this information. I have been unable to determine what drives this change in the API behaviour as all cards seems similar when looking at the board web page. When i try to retrieve these items individually withhttps://api.miro.com/v2/boards/BoardId/cards/cardId I have exactly the same problem (no position or geometry data in the reply) This looks like a bug to me but if there is something i am doing wrong thanks to advise

Just to give some context, I’m not a developer, but I have worked with other APIs before, including OAuth 2.0.I’ve tried to pass the client_secret, code, and redirect_uri as query params, the client_id, and client_secret as body params, and the accept and content-type headers with application/json and application/x-www-form-urlencoded, respectively.I've also tried to do everything as body params using application/json in the content-type header and a few slight variations.Nothing seems to work! I always receive the following message:status: 401code: tokenNotProvidedmessage: No authorization data was found on the requesttype: errorBy the way, I’m using Make to make the request.Is it me or the https://developers.miro.com/reference/ne-exchange-authorization-code-with-access-token could be improved?

Hello dear community,  Two days ago a strange bug started occuring. The images I uploaded since then won't show on my tablet device. I can select them, move, crop, replace, etc.. but the image itself won't show, it is "invisible". There is no symbol indicating that the image didn't load properly. On my laptop everything works just fine. Also, the images I uploaded before are still there. I have tried the troubleshooting cycle fully a few times, with no avail. Has anyone ever experienced something like this? Is there a known solution?  With kind regards Daniel 

Hi, everyone. Long time users here. We recently decided to give the new version of video calls a go after not using it for a while for various reasons, and after learning that Around will be shutting down soon. Windows and Android (from browser) users (students) can join with no issue at all, but Apple users (iPad and iPhone) can either see the camera icon but not the join option, or can see the join option but an error message will pop up. We have tried every settings change on the device itself, on the app/browsers, Chrome and Safari (mobile and desktop versions), the Miro app, and nothing has worked.Any solution ideas? Thanks in advance.
