The stickies capture option is sometimes showing and mostly disappear for me.Are there specific steps to follow for it to show?

Hello everyone.A week ago I accidentaly deleted all I had on my Miro board at once. Still don’t understand how that happened. There were about 7400 objects, essential for my job. I am the board owner, not-paid plan. After reading all relative articles I tried to restore the board. I can see in my history the action of deleting, but the problem is when I click the restore button I see a pop up “restoring” for a couple of seconds, then it disappears and nothing happens. I’ve tried this multiple times and still can’t get my mind around it… what am I doing wrong?Would appreciate any help.

Hello,Our team admin has left the company a while ago. I am not sure his email address is still forwarded.Is there a way for the support team to reassign the admin role to someone else?We are on the free plan at the moment. But we might consider upgrading at some point.

I am unable to change the URL of the azure card. It uses default azure URL.  I looked at this article and I do not have an option to Apply Custom Settings, it just says Organization with no way to change. 

Renaming, grouping, tracking, finding, selecting, editing and so much more. I think the majority of our demands are sourced by the lack of a solid layer panel as an alternative to direct interaction. And if they improve the current one by taking Figma as an example, it’d become a superior solution. What do you think?

Hi,I left a team no knowing that the boards I created where on this team. Because I left the team the boards are now gone too. I know the name of the team- but I dont know who created it- how can I get back into the team to get to my boards? I woud loose a lot of work if I lost them. thanks in advanceEmma

Hi Miro Community! How do I request for a refund of an automatically deducted payment in my bank? Is it possible that I can request a refund for my situation? I am actually a student from the Philippines and used Miro for a particular project. With that, I entered my bank details to avail a trial period. When the free trial period ended, I canceled the subscription billing and thought that it was already completed since the screen just loaded. With that, I want to request a refund because I really don't have the money to pay $96. That money was actually for my tuition payment. I used some of your products and I really think that it was great. However, the immediate yearly subscription is very heavy for me to pay. Pls help me on this matter. Thank you 

How can i change the role of a memeber in my organization from company admin to user admin. When I cklicked the name in the user list, I only saw the oprion company admin, so I took it, but user admin would be the most correct role. WE use the Business Plan. What can I do?

I recently became aware of the Education plan thanks to a colleague and have applied for this.However, I have already started working on my Miro Dashboard (free account).  Is there a way, once my Education plan is approved, I can have access to my work (ie: ensure it is on the same dashboard and not a new account, where I need to start from scratch!).Thanks for your help :-)

Hi all!For a specfic one day event, such as a wedding, I'm looking for a timeline/planning template that allows me to group events and plan them in certain timeslots. The Miro templates I’ve found so far all need their events/tasks to be planned over a day long, but I want all the events to be displayed in a 24h timeframe. example: entrance between 09:00-10:00 ; 09:30 arrival of speaker 1 & setup ; 10:00-11:00 talk of speaker 1 ; while simultaneously speaker 2 arrives at 10:45. etc. Looking forward to your tips & tricks! 

I was very happy with the new color palette introduced with the new design language, but it’s gone again. Can it be turned on and off somewhere? What happened?That’s how it looks for me now

I would like to be able to nest a board or a frame from one board inside another board (a smart link). Basically it would be like the Fig-Miro plugin functionality but between board and with the ability to have auto update. I want that whenever the nested board or frame is updated the visual changes in the board will trickle up to the board it is nested in. Think of it as a visual window to another board that updates upon board load.I don’t need to be able to edit the nested board or frame while in the hosting board so the link between the boards in visual only.It would be great if I can choose to keep the updating link or sever the link or make the update automatic. Why?Sometimes the work that I do is cross domains. Now every board is a domain of its own.The ability to view an updated information from another board is very valuable.So why not copy paste? Because it requires a lot of maintenance and going back and forth between the boards. How the flow will look like?Go to host board C

I can not submit a request I do not have any button for that My problem is: i paid for the whole year, but now, after 9 moths a see a red info on every miro board “your paiment failed” 

The handler function doesn’t receive an event object, as far as I understand. I’d love to keep my settings in a panel but show them only on a click+shift, and just execute an action on a simple clicl on an icon.At the moment it seems impossible.

Miro itself displays the names of imported images, but an image object in Web SDK omits any mention of it. Maybe there is another way to query it? I need to use it for sorting and arranging placed images with the help of the app I’m developing.

My company has many miro boards.  Why does one of them, nothing special about it, need to connect outbound to sdk.split.io ?

Hello, A worrying thing happened and think it is do with the setup of accounts but has left me questioning the privacy of my boards.  I have had 36 licences assigned to my company and we manage the privacy of our spaces and boards with invited users. I have just seen a new company been added with same title (different logo) and they have been given “Commenter” rights to all our boards. So my confidential boards now can be seen by other employees of my company who sit in this “other company group”. Who could do this? Not sure why I have two “companies” added.   I now do not trust that this wont happen again - I am tracing through IT how this happened and now trying from Miro side how to prevent this or password protect each confidential board i own.  Any suggestions and tips on privacy of confidential material on boards?  Thanks,  Stuart

I am using a frame and placing Cards in the frame: When I attempt to create new card via connected object: It creates one of huge size: Not sure the issue - other object types operate just fine on same board.

I am constantly fighting with the drag to select functionality.  It seems more often than not when I attempt to drag to select content in a frame, the whole frame moves instead.  I believe it has to do with an invisible zone around the inside edge of the frame that defaults to being a frame-drag region.  That region seems to unintuitively resize at different zoom levels. Is there a way to turn this drag region off entirely?  Or to add some sort of visual indication of where it falls?  The only solution I can think of at this point is to intentionally oversize all of my frames by some undisclosed amount so that none of my content falls within that frame-drag region, but again, I don’t know how large that region actually is, as it seems to depend on the frame size and zoom level.One thing I don’t want to deal with the bounded-selection tool, as various elements, such as text boxes, don’t show their boxes, so reliably selecting all of the content is a pain in the bum as well.  I want to o
