Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue accessing Miro boards from my laptop. Everything works perfectly in the mobile app, but I need to work from my laptop.

I’ve attached a screenshot below showing what the board looks like when I open it: there are no tools, no labels — nothing at all. My internet connection is stable, and I’ve already tried using a VPN and refreshing the page.

Could you please advise me on what to do?

Hi @Anna Komarevskaya

Thanks for reaching out — that sounds frustrating, especially when it works fine on mobile!

Since your board opens blank with no tools or labels on laptop only, here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot:

  1. Open Miro in Incognito Mode
This helps rule out browser extensions or cached data interfering with the board.

  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
Sometimes older cached files can conflict with Miro’s current version.

  3. Try a different browser (e.g., if you’re using Chrome, try Edge or Firefox)

  4. Turn off browser extensions
Especially extensions like ad blockers or script blockers.

  5. Disable your VPN
Sometimes a VPN can interfere with how Miro loads content on web — even if mobile works.

  6. Check if Miro Desktop App has the same issue
If not already tried, downloading the Miro Desktop App can be a good workaround while this gets resolved.

If none of those work, I’d recommend reaching out to Miro Support with the screenshot and browser info — they can investigate from the backend.

Let me know if you’d like me to help convert this post into a support ticket!
