To avoid being charged for additional seats when collaborating with clients, you can share your board with them as Guests or Visitors:

• Guests: They need a Miro profile but are not counted as paid team members.

• Visitors: They don’t need a Miro account but can only access the board via a public link.

If your boards are private and you share them directly with users, they might be prompted to create a Miro profile and automatically join your team. This can add them as paid members, which leads to extra charges. To prevent this, make sure to share boards via guest access or public links depending on the level of collaboration needed.
