Every time I want to import a board-backup (rtb-File) from an other board of my account there is an Error-Message "Something went wrong. Please contact the support"

Support says: “Please contact the Community”

The rtb-File has about 393 MB. Is this a problem?

A very small test-backup-file is working without problems.

It’s my own backup from the same account. (I tried several backups of the same board.)

Hi @Julia007  — thanks for posting, and I'm sorry to hear you’re getting stuck with importing your board backup.

The Miro interface supports board backup uploads up to 200 MB in size. If your .rtb file exceeds this limit, please follow these steps to get assistance from the Miro Support team:

  1. Log in to your Miro account and submit a request via the Support form.

  2. Attach your backup file to the request if it's under the attachment size limit.
    – If the file is too large, upload it to a cloud storage service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) and include a shared download link in your message. Make sure the link is accessible to anyone with the URL.

The Support team will then help you with importing the backup on your behalf.
