Good afternoon! I've been experiencing a problem with the app on my tablet for over a week now. When switching to the board, there is an endless download, no restarts of the application, rebooting the device, clearing the cache does not help. You can't actually use the app. The same applies to the browser version of the app from the tablet. At the same time, the browser version works fine from the computer. I even tried logging in from other accounts from my tablet, but the problem still remains. What could be the reason?

Thanks for the quick reply! I use an iPad Air. I used the app regularly for more than two years before that, there were no problems. I tried the Safari browser on my tablet. Yes, I tried to completely delete and install the app back.
