Tenho boards que datam uma última atualização de 2023, no email em qual estou logado (possuo o email com a última atualização), desde então não deletei nem fiz qualquer alteração. Hoje ao tentar acessá-lo fui surpreendido, pois eles não estão mais lá, e uma vez que utilizo a versão não paga n consigo sequer ver se estão na lixeira. Ao tentar acessar pelo link do email vejo a mensagem “bad url reference number:...” Como faço para acessar meus boards?

If you're seeing a "bad URL reference number" message and can't find your boards, there are a few possible explanations:

  • You might be logged into a different Miro account (this can happen if you have multiple emails or used social login).

  • The boards could have been part of a team that was deleted or disbanded.

  • If a board was inactive for a long time and not accessed recently, it might have been affected by workspace cleanup on the Free Plan.

Since Free Plan users can’t access the Trash, and you’ve confirmed you didn’t delete the boards, I’ll convert your post into a support ticket so the Miro team can check the backend and investigate the board links associated with your account.
