Hello community , i was just wondering if someone could give me some guidance , my company has been acquired by a larger healthcare group and will be deprecating our miro licence and hopefully setting up an new enterprise licence under the new company , we were wondering :-

  1. what will happen to all boards that have been set up within our current enterprise account
  2.  is it possible to move these over to the new company account? we have quite a lot of information stored on boards and we don't want to loose them .

thank you kindly

Hi @Liam Baldwin

Thanks for reaching out, and congrats on the new chapter with your company!

Yes, it is possible to migrate boards and users between Miro organizations, especially in the context of a company acquisition. Since you're moving from one Enterprise plan to another (or setting up a new one), I recommend contacting Miro Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) directly. They can assist with planning and executing the migration.

The sooner you reach out, the smoother the process can be. If you're not sure how to contact Miro Support, you can start here: How to contact Miro Support.

Let me know if you'd like help with next steps!
