my toolbar completely is completely not there, only the mouse , whereas all the rest of the tools are not there, what happened and how can i enable the tools guys? !!

Could you please share a screenshot or even a short screen recording of what you’re seeing? Ideally, show the whole screen so we can check for any UI behavior that might be affecting the toolbar on our side.
