Hi,I have a full licence, granted by my employer, but when sharing boards that I’ve created I don’t have the option to assign editor rights to people inside or outside of my organisation. Everyone else with the same level of licence (i.e. full) as me has the ability to assign editor rights, but for some reason that option is not available to me as it doesn’t show in the drop down list. Can someone help? Is this is a bug? How do we fix it?Thanks

Hi! I use this from Russia and for the last 5 days Miro is not working without vpn at all. Now it is impossible to open the website and the app. So what should i do? Will this be fixed?

Within the Lean Coffee template available in MIRO, the sticky notes from the sticky pack under discussion topics appear to turn from manilla to blue when you drag and drop. Solved this by creating a new sticky pack for that section.Whoever owns the template at MIRO should fix this template.Thanks!

Miro Won't Load on Desktop or AppI’m using Chrome Version 137.0.7151.69The Miro web app won’t load, even after clearing my cache, either in normal mode or in incognito mode. The Miro desktop app won´t load either.Could you help to fix this problem?

Hello,I am trying to create a plugin for Miro, and it would be useful if i could have a event listener that tracks the changes on the content of a item on the board (specifically a sticky note). Going through the documentation the closest thing i could find is experimental:items:update. This event listener is triggered when the item changes size, rotates or moves. Close enough but not quite there. Is there a workaround available that I missed?

HalloI’m trying to use Miro on my iPad now, but I get the error message above. :-(

On my MAC I press Command D to try and duplicate things…. instead I get asked, “Do I want to create a bookmark”I am forced to duplicate things via the menu - whats wrong? How can I get the short cut to work? (it has previously) Thanks in advanceG

Is anyone else constantly getting this pop up message every time they open a Miro board?  It’s getting very annoying now.

How come --  as a Company Admin in Miro -- I am not able to see every board that has been created by users in my org? I was looking for a post that would describe “rights and limitations” of a company admin on the forum. I can’t seem to find anything.Three times I’ve had users ask me for help on their boards -- edits, moves and changes -- but I can’t see their boards until they add me to the permission list. What if an employee leaves the org?Would you think a company admin would be a super-user that can “see all”? Am I missing a default setting somewhere?

I’m trying to navigate back to the home page from a Space in the Miro app. I can’t find the button to go back? Am I missing something? As a workaround, I’m able to click the search button, then go to advanced search, and then click home, but it’s a lot of steps. I’m reorganizing some of my boards since Spaces have been introduced and right now I’m trying to locate the right files. Having to search in many different spaces is taking a while because of this issue navigating to the home page.

Hello Miro community, When i create new sticky notes, they’re colorless. In the context menu the color is checked, but on the board all the stickies are transparent. What kind of wizardry is this, please help :)

Any time i click on the project, it conceals all the other projects and i have to click on the homw button all the time. And this navigationdoes not add anything, since i can already see all the boards i need in the central part of the page. This happnes both on the appp and the webpage.Basically, I want to find a way to get the old navigation: all the spaces and projects on the left, while the boards conrresponding to the clicked projects on the right.------There was probably an update, as it got fixed for me

Hi,I have some icons added to a board a while ago. I can change the colour of the left icon (see image 1) which is an icon that has been on the board quit a while. However when I add new icons from the iconfinder library I can only change the color of the border (see image 2) I think i am using the same icons from the same icon library, but i am not sure. Is this an old feature that got removed? Am i doing something wrong? This is my favorite feature that really save a lot of time for me.  

I am aware Miro removed this functionality but wondering if there is a workaround at all...I’m working with an old file with a LOT of text boxes, they all have an outline applied.The original document was built at 4% zoom so the scale is crazy. I need to scale them down, but when I do the outlines get huge… Is there ANYTHING I can do that does not involved cutting and pasting 80 individual text boxes...? 🙏🏻  

Hello, This is probably simple, but I can’t seem to figure it out :) How can I add swimlanes to the other columns? I’m using a ready-to-go template, but I can’t find an option to duplicate the swimlane pattern from the first column into the next ones. I’d like to replicate the exact same setup for every column. Currently, I can only add another swimlane within the same column, but that’s all. Thanks in advance for your help!  

Hi,I am working with a Database Entity Relationship Board, and starting this morning using Ctrl c, Ctrl v is not working when I select a connector or I select text, or a table object on the board, it does not copy or paste anything, and when you try to do copy and paste within a table object where you have many columns in the same cell the text gets jumbled up and when you paste it inserts blank lines above and below the text you are trying to copy and paste.I am working in Chrome and I have cleared cookies and cache data to no effect.

I finished the Miro Essentials course last Friday and I never got anything from Credly.  My Miro Academy profiles shows that the course is complete.  It is not showing in Miroverse or Credly.  My Credly account already existed and, yes, they are all on the same email address.
