I’ve put a lot of screens into Figma to create a user flow of designs - but when I’ve just gone back to do more, it’s only showing the title of the link rather than the screen itself? Any ideas why it’s stopped showing the screen?

Hello, the boards in the Miro do not work, the main page opens but the boards themselves do not, I tried to open both in the browser and in the application on the PC, on the phone everything works.

I just pasted a YouTube video into my board, and instead of it showing in a normal ‘link box’ (with the title and thumbnail). Now it has a button to go to focus mode, I think this is called an IFrame??But what I hate about this, when I zoom out it shows a large YouTube button that keeps getting bigger. I don’t care about that YouTube video right now, why is it trying it’s best to get my attention?! I could see this getting extremely frustrating when I have 50+ YouTube videos and other things linked in my board, and they all take up space when zooming out, I can’t even get an overview of my board anymore. The timeline does the same thing, I know where my timeline is, I don't need a giant Icon and label telling me it’s still there. There should be an option to set the default paste back to the normal style, and also just to turn these buttons off when not necessary.Image example, I have a lot of YouTube videos on my board, and I’m glad they currently don’t all have a logo, but I don’t wa

Hello everyone,I am new to this amazing tool. So far I am enjoying using it for various personal tasks, and i am considering upgrading after a few days of use. I tried the talktrack option, it works so well except when i used the pen tool, it didn’t record the lines or the writing at all. rather, only my mouse movement were recorded with no lines. I this supposed to be the way talktrack works or do i have some issue pleaseThanks in advance

Good afternoon, today I had a strange problem with the boards. When working with the board, the calibration changed and because of this I can't use any elements. I try to work in one place, and all the work is done in another place, some elements simply don't work. An hour ago everything was fine, only now this problem started. I checked the mouse and everything is fine, the problem is in the Miro.How can I fix this situation?

Hi all,I found out that my plugin is doing quite well and I want to add more features. For that, I need an additional scope, that I haven't used yet. So naturally I wanted to edit the app and just set it. But I get an error, that this is not possible for published apps. How can I add the new scope in order to build new features? The new scope is identity:read, so that I know who the user is.

In the PI planning, we are facing lots of difficulties in case of showcasing efforts or storypoints on the Miro board. As the Miro board azure cards extension used for azure devops integration just supports certain fields and in which only for estimation/calculating/tracking efforts only “Story Points” is the field which can be used to reflect it on the Miro boards.If a work item in azure devops has “Story Points” as a field name, then it works fine and showcases that number on the Miro board but if the field is other than “Story Points” like “effort” or ”storypoint estimation” or for that matter any other field to measure the work, it does not work that is it does not show up on the miro board. It is really a pain while doing a PI planning, as in azure devops we make use of multiple templates which use different fields to measure the work based on the needs of our projects. On 23.06.2025 I couldn't access the board because it was deleted by an owner and the owner is not me and not my friend. But I must be the owner and I didn't delete it. I think there was an issue with logging in because it didn't show my old boards and treated me as a new user, I didn't care about old boards so it was not a problem, but it was the same account, same email. I didn't change anything someone else did.

Hi Due to user decrease, I want to downgrade my enterprise plan to business plan. Wondering anyone can share the experience1 will there be any change to the company admins after the downgrade? do I need a license for the company admin? in enterprise plan, the company admin can be free-restricted license. 2 once I downgrade, what happen to those free-restricted users, lets say one free-restricted user has access to a team’s boards, after downgrade, do I need to invite this user as guest to every single boards? or does it downgrade to guest automatically and inherit all access from the enterprise free-restricted member?3 is it possible to have one team with 0 license users? and only invite guest to access existing team boards?4 in a team, is company admin able to share the team’s existing board to guest? so that we do not need any additional license member in the team. Thank you

In order to make it easy and quick for a colleague, outside my organisation, to go straight to certain items on a board, I share the copied links. However, when they click on the next link, the whole board opens up again, meaning multiple browser tabs open of the same board. Of course as the board has many images and content on there it can take a few moments to all load in.Is there a better way of doing this, or a way so that the links can locate the item in a board already opened?Many thanks!

I’m trying to upgrade my plan but after putting in my credit card the ‘review order’ part is still greyed out and I can’t click it. I’ve tried multiple working credit cards.

Extracting PDFs had been smooth and fast, despite having more than 50 pages to extract, sometimes more than a hundred, until today. I tried extracting PDFs today, but the extractions had been very slow and some pages are missing. Sometimes it shows an error, forgot the exact text, but it has something to do with the type (document), if I remember it right.I never encountered this error in the past. What could be the cause of the error and the slow extraction, and how can it be solved? I need to do this thing multiple times in a day on a daily basis for my work.

hi there, ive been using a board to share excel files for quite some time. They used to load as a snap shot of the sheet, and you could click on the icon and download the file.  Just what i was after. Now when i drag and drop a excel file into the board, it shares its as a editable table, which I'm not after. Can someone advise how to get back to the simple file that can be clicked on to download please as the editable table isn't what I'm after

Hi I think this is a system error of some kind but I tried everything to fix this:So I use the mind map template and making a diagram, but if I close/fold the tabs? I can’t reopen them, it is frustrating, only the number left in there and no matter where I click it stays closed:  hope I can find a solution here! Thanks!
