Hi, Comunity all!I made Draw.io diagram on the first board, then copy to the second board and delete the first one.Now I’m trying to open the diagram, but cannot open and shows the message “Not a diagram file (error on line 1 at column 1: Start tag expected, '<' not found)”I restored the deleted diagram from board histroy, but show the same message.How can I recover it?  Wada

MindMap is great, however I could not see a way to join individual nodes together. (see image)Is that possible?  

Every time I want to import a board-backup (rtb-File) from an other board of my account there is an Error-Message "Something went wrong. Please contact the support"Support says: “Please contact the Community”The rtb-File has about 393 MB. Is this a problem?A very small test-backup-file is working without problems.It’s my own backup from the same account. (I tried several backups of the same board.)

Is there any limitation for the number of dependencies diqpolayed in a board ? When I increase the number of Jira ticket imported in my board, some dependecies disappears. 

I thought I would love this template and the initial edit was very promising.But when I return to the board a second time, I can no longer add activities or tasks.I must be in the wrong edit mode somehow.Notice when I select a activity in the first screenshot, there is a little “+” on the left and right of the selected activity.  That is great.But when returning, the “+” buttons are gone and I cannot seem to get them back.With the ‘+’  Without the ‘+’ 

Hello,I’m experiencing an issue accessing Miro boards from my laptop. Everything works perfectly in the mobile app, but I need to work from my laptop.I’ve attached a screenshot below showing what the board looks like when I open it: there are no tools, no labels — nothing at all. My internet connection is stable, and I’ve already tried using a VPN and refreshing the page.Could you please advise me on what to do?

I’m really happy to be able to use draw.io online in Miro, as it helps me a lot when creating complex flowcharts. However, today after uploading a new draw.io file to Miro, I found that I couldn’t open it and received an error. Then I realized that none of the draw.io files I was able to open yesterday can be opened today either. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Or can someone help me resolve this problem? 

I’m experiencing an issue with a draw.io diagram that I created directly within Miro using the draw.io integration (not imported). The diagram was fully built and saved in the board, and no one has made changes to it except for some unrelated sticky notes added elsewhere on the board.However, when I now attempt to open the draw.io object, I receive the following error:“Not a diagram file (error on line 1 at column 1: Start tag expected, '<' not found)”It appears that the draw.io object has lost its XML structure or become corrupted. I’ve tried: Using Miro Board History to revert to previous versions (this didn’t restore functionality) Confirming with my team that no one edited or deleted the object Downloading a board backup (.rtb) — I can provide this if helpful This diagram is important to a current project, and I’m hoping you can help recover it or restore a prior version that still contains the full editable draw.io data. 

Can i extract data from miro cards into excel 

The following error is shown whenever I try to edit a Draw IO diagram in Miro. The issue reproduces even when creating a new Draw.IO diagram in a new board - saving the Diagram, and then trying to load it again for editing.

Hello! I was doing storyboards for my film in Miro. When I came back to the site, I saw a sign warning about something related to "lack of association with anything" (unfortunately, I didn't have time to read what it said). And all my boards disappeared, except for the one created in 2022 (I don't remember if it was there). I had VPN enabled. It looks like I had some old backup loaded. How do I get it all back?

Tenho boards que datam uma última atualização de 2023, no email em qual estou logado (possuo o email com a última atualização), desde então não deletei nem fiz qualquer alteração. Hoje ao tentar acessá-lo fui surpreendido, pois eles não estão mais lá, e uma vez que utilizo a versão não paga n consigo sequer ver se estão na lixeira. Ao tentar acessar pelo link do email vejo a mensagem “bad url reference number:...” Como faço para acessar meus boards?

Hello! We are trying to use the tables for resourcing, and would really like the colors of our team members’ profiles to be tied to their role (eg: Directors are black, Strategy is blue, Designers are green, etc). However, I can’t seem to find any editing capabilities (neither can my team admin) to edit the preassigned colors. Does this functionality exist or, if not, could it?Thanks!

Unable to delete miro boards. I was somehow allowed to make 6 boards on a free account and now 3 of them are locked saying i need to buy to access it

Hello community , i was just wondering if someone could give me some guidance , my company has been acquired by a larger healthcare group and will be deprecating our miro licence and hopefully setting up an new enterprise licence under the new company , we were wondering :- what will happen to all boards that have been set up within our current enterprise account  is it possible to move these over to the new company account? we have quite a lot of information stored on boards and we don't want to loose them . thank you kindly  Liam Baldwin  

Hi everyone,I'm currently experiencing an issue with table editing in Miro. I can’t click on, delete, or merge columns in a table. Sometimes it works briefly, but then stops again. Everything was working fine last week, so this issue has only started recently.Here’s what I’ve tried so far to resolve the issue:Opened in Incognito mode Created a new Miro board Logged out and back in Tried a different browser (I’m using Chrome on Windows 12) Tested on a Mac – same issueUnfortunately, none of these steps resolved the problem. I have a GIF that illustrates the issue more clearly.Can anyone help or is anyone experiencing the same problem? Thanks a lot!  

Once I am exporting (insert) excel table to the Miro and change the type of the column to start date or any date (DD/MM/YYYY) I got a notification that the content is going to be deleted. It would be great to have a solution because I do not want to insert all the dates manually. 

Hello,I’m using the REST API to request information from a board, using `GET /v2/boards/{board_id}/items`. I have some sticky notes in different colors in my board, however the returned `fillColor` in `style.fillColor` is always `light_yellow`, even if the sticky note has a different color. Other style properties (e.g. `textAlign`) work correctly - but the `fill_color` is always `light_yellow`.I’ve implemented this functionality ~1 year ago, and it definitely worked back then - did something change that broke this, is this a bug or intended behavior? If intended, is there any other way to figure out the color of a sticky note?

Good afternoon! I've been experiencing a problem with the app on my tablet for over a week now. When switching to the board, there is an endless download, no restarts of the application, rebooting the device, clearing the cache does not help. You can't actually use the app. The same applies to the browser version of the app from the tablet. At the same time, the browser version works fine from the computer. I even tried logging in from other accounts from my tablet, but the problem still remains. What could be the reason?

Help!I had some clients interact with me on a MIRO board, but now MIRO is charging me as if they were my employees or from my team. How do i prevent this from happening. If this pushes through. Im canceling my subscription and credit card ! 

The essence of the process: I create a copy of the figure with the text. Then I immediately begin to change the text (without impressive deletion or intra -line editing). This made it possible to quickly propagate figures with different texts and at the same time with the same formatting. It was convenient and simple.Now, when copying the object and the same editing process, formatting the text is reset to the standard one, which forces each time to manually set the formatting settings for each figure. It is very long and not convenient.Briefly about the procedure and the result of text editing:1) duplicate or copy of the figure with text2) the selection of the figure (not text)3) set of new textExpected result: a new text with the previous formatting.The result obtained: a new text with standard formatting.

I… just completely lost all ability to add or edit text in the user stories I’m using in a large User Story Mapping. I can highlight text inside the user story card, I can delete (?) but I cannot add text at all anymore. It is pretty bad timing for me with a board update tomorrow. Could someone please get back to me so at least I know if must restart the whole thing, now about a third done only, or if there is a fix? Thank you . 

These are plastered all over my board and it gets in the way and is hard to see work.
