Account with no boardsInstalled Miro on my iPad pro A1584 running 16.7.8On the iPad Miro is unable to open, message is about board too large.

I cant access any miro board as they keep freezing and i receive the following error: RESULT_CODE_HUNGi have cleared cache and restarted device and it does not work

Hi everyone,Has anyone here created a Miro board or template that outlines business processes step-by-step (e.g. receiving a document, assigning a task, archiving to file server, interpreting via AI, etc.) with corresponding application/system modules assigned to each stage (e.g. FastAPI, Asana, file server, AI model)?I'm working on a digital transformation project (for an accounting office), and I’d like to build a board that clearly shows how each process flows and which system components are responsible for which steps. The goal is to support both the development team and operations in understanding the scope and responsibilities of each module.If anyone has something similar or is willing to share a board or their experience, I’d be very grateful!Best regards,  Marcin

Hi, I have been playing about with google app script with the aim of identifying any text on my miro board that has been coloured red #f22626 . This was working fine until today - dont know what i’ve done, but the code is only picking up text from the board text widget and not from the mindmap widget. Any ideas why this might be? kind regards, M  

Hi theres a banner at the top of the screen of every one of my boards that will not close even when I press the x button.  I am on the free plan but the banner says “there was an issue processing your recent payment” but I’m on the free plan so there should be no payment.  There is a link to “update my payment details” but that link takes me to a 404 page.  There is an x by the banner but the x doesn’t work (it does not close the banner).  The banner pops up on every board I open and is large and red and distracting and cant be ignored and takes up important screen real estate that I need for my work. Big picture: How can I report to the miro team that they need to fix the close button on the banner?   For me: How can I get rid of this banner?  More details:I’ve tried this in safari and chrome (i’m on mac) and neither one will let me close the banner.  The banner WILL close on my dashboard but every time I bring up a board the banner pops up and will not close.  I used to have a paid p

With the new updated look/ function for linking YouTube videos, I’m having issues scaling said videos. If I group it with other items I can scale it that way but if I wanted to change its size by itself its a no go. Anyone getting this and/ or know how to fix? 

Having this problem today. Never had it before. When I select a youtube video or google slides presentation (iframed), the cursor goes into multiselect mode. I move the mouse and the blue rectangle with dotted outline expands or contracts like I am trying to select multiple board objects. This does not happen with Miro objects/elements. I can give the google slides pesentation focus mode. I cannot access the youtube video. A co-worker has the same issue. Anyone else? Or is it our internet/network? Appreciative of any feedback. Thanks, 

Hi, I recently left a team on Miro, but my account still appears in the team. I have tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, but the issue persists.Is there any way to completely remove myself from the team? Or does the admin need to take any additional actions?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 

If i grab an object and move it to another position, as soon as I let go of the mouse it goes back to its original position. Control, Shift, Option - all the same result. Very frustrating. Sometimes it will actually shift an entire line of boxes in a different direction.Is there a fix for this? This is my first user experience and it sucks. I know the difference between pan and select. I use Vectorworks all the time. This is beyond ridiculous. 

Hi everyoneWhen I leave a board and go back out to the overview page with my spaces to the left. It will always select HOME. I think this is something new. Can this be changed.If I am working within a space, looking at different boards, it is really annoying that I have to select the space every time I go back to the overview page. I know I could just use the new side bar and select other boards without going to the overview page. But I don’t like the side bar. All my boards have nice thumbnails pictures that I use to navigate more than the board names. And so, I prefer to go back to the overview page spot the right picture and click on that.Any way to remain in the same space when exeting a board? 

Noticed today that Jira cards on our boards are not updating. You can open the “Edit Jira” ticket window, and it reflects changes, but the cards do not. Anyone else seeing this?

Hello Hive mind,I’ve been playing with the timeline and table view today as trying to put together a plan in Miro and seems it’s not possible to re-order tasks just in the table view.  I can do it in the timeline view by dragging but the source data doesn’t allow re-ordering of a line. Anyone found a workaround or is this “known behaviour”?   Cheers

Hi! For a while now, Miro hasn't allowed me to copy and paste (Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V or using the right-click menu) within my boards. I have a free license, so I know I can't copy elements from one board to another, but these are simple actions like copying a sticky note or an annotation within a dashboard and pasting it right next to it. I keep getting the error "Copying from a previous source board is not allowed," but it's the same board!! Is anyone else experiencing this?

When I zoom in on my Jira cards I’m expecting to see the description appear but instead I just see the same fields get larger! Is there a trick I’m missing? Thank you

Does Miro support custom domains or subdomains for company branding purposes? I'm wondering if it's possible to configure our Miro workspace to use a custom URL structure like:miro.my-company.comInstead of the standard Miro URL format. This would make it easier for our team members to remember and access our workspace.If this feature is available, could you please point me to the documentation on how to set it up? i want to use the timeline module, but how can i set a predefined public holidays to auto calculate the dates? does Miro has predecessors for timeline? 

Hello,I’ve embedded a Vimeo video onto my Miro board, however Miro will not allow me to place the video within a frame. Whenever I try, the action is immediately undone automatically. This is an issue because we will use Present Mode to facilitate a interview with a potential client – and if the video cannot live on a frame, then we’ll have to exit and then re-enter Present Mode, which is cumbersome.For some reason, Miro *does* let me place a YouTube embedded video onto a frame, but my company does not yet have a YouTube account and that is a whole other thing.For both Vimeo and YouTube embeds, Miro does not allow me to “resize” the video on the board, which is another problem.Is there a solution to placing a Vimeo embedded video within a frame, and resizing an embedded video to better fit in the context of the board?Thank you!

Right now there is only Canvas LTI integration with Miro. Taking into account that LTI is a standard, it is logical to develop LTI integration open for all other LMS (e.g. Brightspace LMS).

Hi there,I am currently sharing two links to two separate Miro-boards for my workshops.However, two different individuals have come back to me and said they can’t access the links….Both boards are public and no password is set for either of them.  Anyone with the link has “commenter” access.  I have tried the link and have commenter access when not logged in to Miro, so it seems to work OK for me, but not for them.  Please help...This is the first board:This is the second board:  Thanks! I am trying to convert a post-it into a Jira card. When I select the post-it and click on Jira, it only shows one project option and does not allow me to change it (I am the owner of all projects). How can I select a different project and board?Thanks!
