Good afternoon! Today I got a billing - 20 $ because Miro was used by me and one more user. The second user won’t use Miro anymore, I deleted him. Why the bill is still 20$? If this month only 1 person (me) will use it.

Hello.For about a week now, the Miro site with boards has not loaded at all. Although I can go to the community and status. I am in Russia, I asked about extending my account, I worked with all the boards calmly until the end of May this year, there were no problems.Now the page is loading endlessly, there is only a moving logo on the screen. As I understand from the forums about the crash of sites in Russia, many have this problem.All options with clearing the cache, switching to another browser, checking the Internet connection do not work, this was checked first.Please help to identify the problem and solve it, since I see that the Miro status site indicates that there are no problems, but I can’t find it on my side either, however, access to work and materials is lost.

Hello! I’ve had the problem with Miro since last Thursday, the board doesn’t work at all. How to fix that? Why is this happening? So frustrating, because I can’t find any answers and it’s too hard to work without ir, because all my materials are there online. Please, give any comments on that

Dear Miro Support Team,I’m a teacher from Russia using Miro for educational purposes, and several of my students have recently encountered difficulties accessing Miro boards. Despite having stable internet connections, appropriately sized boards, and correct browser settings, the platform fails to load - while other websites work normally. Some students report that Miro only becomes accessible when using a VPN.This poses a significant inconvenience, as students are already paying for Miro subscriptions and now face additional costs for VPN services. Could you clarify: The reason behind this issue (e.g., regional restrictions, technical disruptions)? Whether this is a permanent change, or if a resolution is expected soon? We rely heavily on Miro for interactive lessons, and timely resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter - I look forward to your prompt response.

This section of the roadmap blueprint is inexplicably in German, despite all of the language settings being set to english.  Also this screen will not load, and I cannot see the OKR table anywhere on the menu.  Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated  

Hi! I'm having a lot of trouble loading my project board. I'm located in Russia and have tried accessing it both with and without a VPN. I've also tested it in the Miro app and across different browsers. Sometimes the board opens, but other times it won’t load at all. I’ve cleared my cache and followed all the troubleshooting steps listed in your help articles. The board itself is not heavy, and there are only two users. Would it help if I created a new account? Is there anything else I can try? Thank you in advance!

I have hidden the text of the output but the problem here is that the AI Flow chart builder doesn’t save it’s initial outcome when the Flowchart is complex.As you can see in the above image, the LEFT Flowchart has about 40% of the content compared to the RIGHT Flowchart.The outcomes above are from the same AI input, I have a well thought-out text document that covers all basis, and before I clicked Save/Submit once it produced the final result, I copied the AI’s suggestion and then clicked Save/Submit; this results in the LEFT diagram. The RIGHT diagram is what the AI actually presented to me and what I copied and then pasted (I knew to do this because the first and second time I tried this prompt to the AI the same thing happened where most of the AI Flowchart was missing.I’d provide the data but this is sensitive.

Hello! I can’t get an access to my board due to this error. What should I do?

I can't to add connector lines to make a prototype interactive in prototyping (beta).I want to prototype a mobile phone.I can drag out a line from the trigger button in frame a small by clicking the thunder icon, but can’t drop it on the target frame(B).No connecting point appears.

I have used Bitpaper until recently for my Maths tutoring. I am now looking for a good alternative and I’m wondering if Miro may be the answer.On Bitpaper I liked the feature that the whiteboard had several ‘pages’.  So when I planned my lesson, I would put different questions on different pages of the whiteboard.  Is the Miro whiteboard just one loooooong whiteboard?  And if it is, how long is it?  Can I just continue moving down the whiteboard and continue to add more and more content?  The Bitpaper whiteboard had a limit of 100 pages.  The picture is a snippet of the section on the Bitpaper whiteboard where you can click on a different page number and then that section of the whiteboard will show.  Anything like this on Miro?Thanks for you help, much appreciated. 

Hi Miro Team,I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with a persistent issue in your slide feature. When I'm creating slides and add a new row of frames beneath an existing one, Miro automatically shifts that new row to the top of the presentation. This completely breaks the logical flow of the slide deck and severely affects usability.Please review this behavior while in presentation mode, and fix this logic so that frames are kept in the order they are laid out on the canvas — top-to-bottom, left-to-right, unless intentionally rearranged by the user.This issue is not just a small inconvenience — it's a significant blocker when working on client-facing materials or internal pitches.Looking forward to a resolution soon.Best regards,[Mạnh Life]

I am trying to set up a board for collaboration on teams. I have tried following the sharing process and sent the link to another person, but he is unable to access the board. I am on a starter plan. Please can someone advise urgently as I need to do this tomorrow morning for a group of people in a training session. what am I not doing that I need to do. 

Is it possible for Miro to automatically capture a presentation discussion in sticky notes? Can the AI tool in Miro assist with this?

I could export backups for my board before but for some reason it is no longer possible. I have tried both the regular backup board button and to export a pdf but they just load and then nothing happens. I have tried 3 different browsers, including one with zero extensions etc that could interfere. I am under a paid plan. Also is there no way to actually contact Miro support?

Hello,Could you please tell me how to attach a file to a mind map node?I understand that Miro doesn't offer the option to add notes or additional text to a node. I find this feature extremely useful — but fair enough, Miro isn’t primarily a mind mapping tool.However, being able to attach files to nodes is crucial for making mind maps truly usable.If this feature isn’t available, I hope it will be added soon...ThanksPetr

I've been teaching mathematics to students on the Miro board for the last two years. It's an excellent board with wonderful functionality. A problem has been occurring for about a month. Sometimes without a VPN, it's impossible to access Miro at all. Please tell me, is the problem on Miro's side or has the government decided to block yet another useful resource?I'm attaching a log from the browser console. At the end of the log, I turned on a VPN and the site loaded. 

Endless loading without accessing the boards. I`ve been working on Miro for a year, it`s the first time I face such a problem. Neither I nor my students can get to Miro from 10th of June. The app was working yesterday but today it is not. My current location is Russia, N.Novgorod  

I am unable to open the website miro.com; it’s not loading at all. I cleared the cache, disabled extensions, and tried using another browser, but nothing worked for me. Additionally, it doesn’t work on my husband’s computer, and I can’t access it on my phone either, even with the VPN on. Interestingly, some of my students can open it without any issues. I also know that many of my colleagues have faced the same problem. Do you have any ideas how to address this issue?

Hi all,We’ve recently enabled Miro integration to Confluence, so I can now embed a Miro whiteboard onto a Confluence page.However, there doesn’t seem to be a free-form resizing option, so the Miro frame only takes about ¼ of the Confluence page/screen. I’ve tried some other plugins and resizing seems to be controlled by the PlugIn and not Confluence - I can choose S, M, and L embed sizes, but even L(arge) is only ¼ page with the others even smaller.I’m not trying to show a thumbnail but an actual whiteboard overview, and this is really inefficient.Any tips, or is this an enhancement request now?

I bought a new plan this morning, however this doesn't seem to be registered and miro has now locked my board and says that i need to upgrade my plan (which i did earlier today!) - how long do miro normally take to respond on chat? i have a workshop shortly ahh thanks alix
