Hello everyone,

I work for a large organization with teams spread across multiple countries. I recently attempted to upgrade to the Business plan but wasnt able. After reaching out to Sales Support, I learned that over 100 accounts have been created (possibly that more than 40 teams might already be using Miro).

Because my company’s domain is already in use and tied to existing paid plans, I’m unable to proceed with the upgrade. Joining another team’s plan isn’t a viable option.

Is there a solution to address this situation? The sales team wasn’t able to help.

Without know what error/message you received when you attempted to upgrade, or which contact form you used, it sounds like you used a “Contact sales” form.

I would suggest that you contact the Miro Support team for clarification on how to proceed.
