здравствуйте, по какой причине увличилась сумма следующего платежа, если в команде и в профиле только 1 человек - это я, аккаунт принадлежит мне? возможностей тарифа не превышала. вместо 12 евро 54, как это исправить? спасибо

It sounds like you have increased your seat/licence count, most likely due to the way you are inviting people to your boards.

I’ll assume by the €12 EUR, you are using the Starter Plan. With this plan, if you do want people to access your boards without you having to pay for an additional licence, you should be using the Visitors/Anyone with the link feature:
