I forgot to cancel my free trial and i've read in the website that after 14days of failled attemp of payment it would be automatically cancelled but based on the invoices days it is already 15days late and it is still not cancelled. how can i i cancel this and wont charge my card that is on file. also i need to free my card from being billed. 

 

its charging for a business plan that is yearly which is almost 200usd

hello ​@Eca, in my billing in miro it now says, “Your business plan has expired” does this I on my free plan? and in the payment method option my card number is still there, should i be worried that I will be charged once a put a sufficient amount in my card?

If your billing page now shows “Your Business Plan has expired,” then yes, you’re currently on the Free Plan and your subscription is no longer active.

 

That said, since your card details are still saved, it’s a good idea to remove the payment method from your account to avoid any unintentional charges in the future. You can do this by going to: Team settings > Billing > Payment method

If the option to remove the card isn’t available, just let me know — I can follow up with the support team on your behalf.
