Since you've already tried different browsers and the desktop app, here are a few other steps that may help:

Ask the board owner to open the board while logged in from an incognito/private window

Clear the browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the board again

Check if the board opens when accessed from a different device (e.g., mobile or another computer)

If possible, ask a collaborator with edit access to see if they can open or duplicate the board
