Our staff are on the Ed plan and one colleague has a board which now does not open - just seems to load forever. We have tried with different browsers and with the app (mac).

 

Any idea what we can do, as ticketed support does not appear available for education users ?

Since you've already tried different browsers and the desktop app, here are a few other steps that may help:

  • Ask the board owner to open the board while logged in from an incognito/private window

  • Clear the browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the board again

  • Check if the board opens when accessed from a different device (e.g., mobile or another computer)

  • If possible, ask a collaborator with edit access to see if they can open or duplicate the board

If none of those work, let me know and I can help escalate the issue.
