Miro doesn’t currently offer a synced, centralized overview of all your assigned or pending tasks across multiple boards and workspaces. There’s also no cross-board task dashboard yet. If you need that kind of overview, you can:
Manually create a centralized task board by copying important cards from other boards and enabling "Create synced copy" when pasting them. This way, the card content stays linked and updated between boards.
Go to any board where your tasks are.
Copy the widgets or card(s) assigned to you.
On your master board, paste using Ctrl+V / Cmd+V.
In the paste dialog, select "synced view".
This creates a synced version — edits made to the card (like title, description, tags, dates) will reflect in both the original and the copy. You can repeat this across multiple boards to build a custom overview of all your tasks in one place. If this option does not work, you can upvote or submit the feature in the Miro Wish List
Hope this helps!
Thank you, Eca.
Yes, I am aware of this manual approach, but I am asssigned tasks faster than I can look, so copy-pasting them manually even just once is still too error prone - an automatic feature would be much smoother
I found an existing Wishlist entry, let’s help move this up in the list!
