I would like to upgrade my free Miro account to the Miro Starter plan in order to download a graphic I created earlier in high quality. However, I am the only one of the 26 members in our current free team who needs this. The system shows the following option: “To reduce your team size ask your account admin to remove 26 members or create a new paid team. Otherwise, your subscription will include all 27 licenses.” If I create a new paid team, will I still be able to access and download the graphic I created with the previous free team?

Hi @hannah.herden, thanks for reaching out!

Yes, the best option in your case is to create your own paid team under the Starter plan. This way, you’ll avoid being charged for all 27 members.

Good news: You can still access and download the graphic you created in your previous free team. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the board where your graphic is saved.

  2. Duplicate the board (click the three-dot menu on the board thumbnail > "Duplicate").

  3. When prompted, choose to move the duplicate to your new paid team.

  4. Open the duplicated board from your paid team space, and you’ll be able to export your graphic in high quality.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Eca,
thank you for your answer.
One more question: If choose monthly payment of the Starter plan, can I cancel this plan also monthly?
Thank you

Hannah

Yes, @hannah.herden, if you choose the monthly payment option for the Starter plan, you can cancel it at any time. Just note that the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — meaning you’ll retain access to the plan features until that month’s subscription cycle ends.

If you’d like more clarification or help with your billing settings, I’d be happy to connect you with our billing team directly.

Let me know!

Thanks Eca,
can I also just move projects to another account in the free version?

Best,

Hannah

Hi @hannah.herden

Did you mean moving boards between profiles? If so, you can do that by following the steps outlined here:
