Have you ever found yourself lost in a sea of Miro objects during a presentation? Fear not, we have some exciting news! 🔎 Click to zoom Presenters can now zoom in on any frame with just a click, making it easy to spotlight content and keep the audience focused. What’s more, Miro also automatically identifies clusters of objects and allows you to zoom in on them, helping you highlight activities or content on the board outside of slides. 💡 Lightbox effect For those of you who are looking for a more polished presentation experience without distractions, we’re also introducing the new lightbox effect, which creates a black border around frames in presentation mode, blocking out any objects that lie outside of a presented frame. The lightbox effect can also be easily toggled off from the presenters toolbar. We want to make it easy for you to seamlessly transition between a slide-like and canvas-like presentation, so you can deliver a more engaging and immersive audience experience. Tr

Hi there! My name is Kate, I am a Product Manager for Consultant Solution at Miro. I want to share some use-cases and ideas about the ways of collaboration with clients in Miro: 1. Workshops It is easy to set up the client workshop in Miro. You can use Day Passes for one-time collaborators (so you don’t need to buy a full license) and tools to facilitate a workshop (timer, voting, video chat, screen sharing). Here is a helpful How-to video about making a workshop in Miro, worth watching if you’ve already made a lot of workshops or in the process of preparation for the first one. 2. Brainstorming sessions Miro is easy to use for an ideation process, usually, I use stickies and a mind map. You can have some boards for your ideas only, some boards for generating ideas with your team and a special board for discussing ideas with your client. 3. Content hub, getting feedback Miro is great as a single hub for all relevant documents, diagrams, pictures and so on. You can have the whole cli
Today, Miro released our new report, “A Year of Remote Work,” in which we surveyed 1,000 remote workers to see how remote work has affected their personal lives, professional lives, and mental health. Among our findings: Nearly half (49%) of people who are married or in live-in partnerships say that working from home has improved their relationship with their spouse or partner. 62% of parents with children under 18 say that working from home has improved their relationships with their kids. 57% of remote workers say they are more likely to multitask during virtual meetings than they were before the pandemic. One-third of knowledge workers (33%) are awake for less than 20 minutes before they begin work in the morning.I’m interested in hearing from Miro users whether these (or any other findings in the report) resonate. Any thoughts?

Introducing Attention Management – a powerful facilitation functionality that ensures your remote workshop participants never get lost and are constantly engaged in collaboration. Attention Management is a powerful facilitation feature for remote meetings and workshops. It allows meeting organizers and workshop facilitators to guide participants and ensure everyone is following and engaged. This feature is especially important for facilitating massive workshops with dozens of participants because it helps direct their attention to the area of the board where collaboration is happening at a particular moment. It’s very intuitive and easy to use – simply navigate to the cursors tracking panel in the top right corner and Click on your own avatar to bring all or individual collaborators to the area of the board you want them to focus on Click on the avatar of a particular collaborator to start following them Learn more about this feature and its availability across plans in

Hi everyone! This one’s for our Enterprise customers. Company Admins can now enable Content Admin permissions for extended permissions to manage projects, boards (e.g. delete, transfer, or move boards and download board backups), and company templates without needing to request permission from board owners to do so. This gives admins the greater ability to better organize and administer the workspace in general. You’ll never have to say or think any of these again: “I just want to get rid of all these “untitled” blank boards. Can’t I just delete them?!” “I don’t need permissions to edit and see actual board content; I just need to have permissions to change the permissions for others.” “I get emails like ‘can you give me access to this board’ and employees send me a link. But after clicking the link, I can’t do anything because I need to request access from the board owner.” Want to enable Content Admin permission on your account? We’ll only enable this feature b

Many leading companies are abandoning traditional modes of work for a more collaborative and design-centric culture. Dell — a leading computer technology company with 145,000 employees around the world — understands the value of design thinking and implements it across different teams. We sat down with several Dell employees to learn how they redesigned their processes, and how they integrated Miro into their workflow to reach more transparency. Share your thoughts in the comments
