Hi there,I signed up for a consultant plan, but with one team in place, I can't do any of the following.　1. create a new team.　2. add members to an existing team.If I try to run it, I am guided to sign up for an additional contract.Furthermore, I cannot delete an existing team even I see the consultant plan on the team so that I think the plan is signed up correctly.Does anybody know what is causing this and what is the solution?Also, if you have a page that summarizes the differences in functionality between the team plan and the consultant plan, please let me know.

I wonder how I can Involve large groups that I facilitate. I’m the only one with a payed membership.That’s the whole reason that I became a member. If all the participants have to pay, this is not working for  me. I hope I’m wrong...

Is it possible to make the boards which we have embedded in our website, be made editable?  User working directly on the Iframe window of board?

Hi! I host different groups of people every day. It could be a facilitation I do for a client's workshop or it could be that we're using Miro during a webinar or in a training.I need for every guest to be able to contribute on the same board at the same time. When I try this everyone can log in and see the board alright after sharing the link. But as soon as someone starts writing on one of the post-it or in a circle or other shape i prepared the whole board is locked for the rest of the group and they cannot write until the one already writing is finished. Am I doing something wrong or is Miro not working for my needs? I'm on the consultant plan.Ways to solve this issue is very much welcomed.

For some reason, I am unable to lock things on my board. The lock icon does not show and the ctrl+L shortcut does nothing. Has anybody else had this happen to them?

error messageWhen I went to sync a onedrive excel file I suddenly got the error message above. Have tried re-signing in. Uninstalling the app from the Miro board, going into the app integrations and reconnecting. Keep getting errors. Other on my team have experienced the same thing on different boards and files. Was working previously just fine. Any other thoughts?

Is there a way to "mail merge" into stickies? I have a list of about 400-500 observations that I would want to create into individual stickies for within one board. Any way to merge from like an excel document to stickies? 

Hi, I’ve created a workshop agenda ticklist in the notes sidebar of my board and I want to include it in the template I’m creating to share with my team. However when I go to ‘save board as template’ these notes aren’t included. Am I missing something? Any help is much appreciated!I’ve got team member access but not admin access - the team in on  the ‘Teams’ plan.Ta Nick

I’m on the Team plan and we have a board we are working on with some external clients. They love Miro and want to stay in it as much as possible, so I was thinking of embedding the Google spreadsheet we are also working on (they have access to that too through a shared link) so they can edit it right in Miro. Will that work, or do I just need to include the link and have them edit it in Google proper in a separate tab?

Can we change the miro set up and not assign full license automatically? Can admin decide what kind of access should be granted to requester before inviting?  The request came from miro, is there any ‘inbox in miro”  for admin so all request can extract in CSV file instead of going through email notifilcation email? 

Hello everybody.Forgive my ignorance I am remakably new to this.So I am  teacher and we are using microsoft teams.  I teach on a number of courses which do not interact with each other.I have set up 1 board for my radio class abd all seems good.  except now I want to set up a new board for my Digital Media class.However I dont seem to be able to be able to leave my radio goup and make a new board under the team of Digital Media.I may have set up my prifile wrong maybe.I was aiming to have different baords for different classes.Again aplologises if I have not explained myself clearly. Hope to hear back from you soon.Cheers.

Hi All,I have a question with regards to the option to expand cards from an embedded miro board. Currently we have embedded a miro board with cards on an external platform but participants are not able to expand these cards and see its contents in this view.Please let me know if you have found a way to enable this or whether it can be fixed.Many thanks in advance!Best, Marieke

I teach in a public school and am not sure what they are asking about (Please provide documentation supporting the accreditation of your institution:) as I am applying to Miro for Education. For supporting documentation of employment, I uploaded my contract. 

Hello! We have been using Miro for little over 3 weeks for online workshops of anywhere between 2 to 10 participants (Consulting Plan - with Day Pass access). My team have asked me to throw this out here to see if we can glean any advice from your expertise. The feedback has been that as more people collaborate on a Board, glitches tend to happen. Is this primarily due to internet (speed/disruption) or is there a setting within Miro we have overlooked that makes bigger group meetings better optimised?  If the content on the Board are big files, IE high res images that have been uploaded - could this affect performance? We are using Zoom to do video conferencing (not the Board) and the main activity the participants are engaged is using Stickies. Any thoughts or advice would be warmly welcome - thank you so much!   Kristy

Dear Sir/MadamI am very impressed Miro and want to use it deeply. My questions are the following two.Is it possible to make a custom sticky note. for example, as you can see the attachment, we want to use this type of card.This was made by combining several sticky notes. But I want to ask if we can make this card as one item once we request for customizing?Is it possible to change the way of CSV files are saved?When I try to save the Miro file as CSV, I can see it is saved in the Excel file in order from the object on the left. But is it possible to change the order of saving in this CSV file by adding tags.?I hope you will help me soonthank you very very much. 

Hello, I mistanekly created a new board on my team’s board and I have been adding a lot of information there. I want to copy and paste the entire elements to my different Miro account. How can I do this? I’ve tried:Created a new team board under my name and copy/paste the elements (under same email address, but didnt work) Went to this page and tried the author’s methodsI really dont want to add hundreds of stickynotes from the scratch. Please help. Thank you. :/

Just wondering if once you are on the paid version you are able to create a template and use that as the cards for the Kanban boards?

I want to make sure I am understanding permissions. I want most/all boards in a Project. I want that project to see and edit all of the boards in the project. (I consider them a Team, but I think in Miro nomenclature, everyone in the whole instance is a Team).What is the setting that makes all Boards that are in a Project to be restricted? Does that setting happen only at board creation time, or if I move an existing Board into a Project, does the access setting change? Thanks,Rob.

I have created 2 whiteboards using the free version of Miro. The first was a test. The second was a process mapping exercise carried out with my team mid July. We need to do a follow-up session next week and when I open Miro in teams I get a message saying that ‘your Team has reached the free plan’s limit - only the 5 most recently created boards will be editable. I have deleted the test version. No one else in the team has created any other boards so I can’t have exceeded the limit? My organisation is saying that they are unwilling to pay for an upgrade right now but I don’t understand why the free plan is restricting me.

Is it possible to change the font size and/or colors in charts? I have some charts where the numbers are not readable because they are too long. It would be nice to ba able to reduce the font size and change the bar colors.

I tried to sign up for an account using a long password, but it failed and the message read something like “Password can not exceed 60 characters”. That message is wrong, I tried with a 60 character password and it still didn’t work. The password can not exceed 59 characters. Please fix the logic or the error message. Thanks.
