Hi, during video chat my microphone and camera are installed correctly. Out of the blue, my microphone switches off automatically, so I need to turn it on again… Anyone else experienced this? Also my participants sometimes just get kicked out of the video chat or need to refresh and join again…

 Are you using one of them? If so and you are sure that mic and camera are set correctly, could you please submit a request using this instruction? Our support tech team will look into it.
