Hi all, I am working on facilitating multiple workshops and have created a template that allows for voting on several of the frames. My trouble is when I save this as a template and pick it up in a new board all of the voting functionality disappears!  Not sure if this is user error however I think it would be extremely useful to be able to create templates where everything works the same as the original (including links to frames etc in the board). This is especially important when running 10-15 of the same workshop. Looks like I may need to go in and manually add the voting to each of the new boards which is a tad frustrating and time consuming!TIA love this community :)

We are currently paying for multiple members (seats) who have two different email addresses.  They where both added with one email address and then they where added again with their new email addresses. If I delete their old email addresses will they lose access to those boards under their original address?  

It seems some elements on a Miro board are ‘lockable’, while others are not. I haven’t yet found out which is which. All I know is I tend to use the lock/unlock a lot with big selected areas of the board, and sometimes I don’t see the lock icon appear… just the eyeball icon. Here’s an example. Can anyone assist?  I wonder if it’s possible for Miro to make all elements lockable? Or provide a better system for those who like to use this feature dynamically/a lot in their practice?Best wishes and look fwd to any responsesMark

I just started with a free plan to try Miro. I want to upload 8 pictures on a board but got the message: “Resource too large for upload”. Files are maximum 1.9 MB. Any tips? Thanks a lot!

What is the difference between a member - a guest and an invited user? Are Invited Users charged as a member?Are Guests charged as a member?    

Hello I made a board (paid subscription) the downlaod board backup and when I tried to upload it again it did not work.I colleague send me RTB board with full permissions when I tried to upload it in a ne MIRO board it did not upload. Anyone with an answerr why? is it a size limitations? 50, 60megs or is it irrelevant. My connection is 400 megs upload speed.Thank you for your support

Hi - I am attempting to copy photos + text from one board to another. I am an editor on both boards and permissions have not recently changed. I can copy from one board to another, but not vice versa. I am receiving the error below. Any ideas?  

I add the Google extension. When adding my board, it gives a prompt to choose sharing settings. I set my board to “anyone with a link can edit”. That does not require a person to sign in. The prompt for the Google invite states that “All invitees can edit” requires a sign in. Clarification? 

How do the Frames on Miro organize? In the left lower corner, you can open them and have a good overview. My question is, why are they organised this way? Its a little confusing.It would be great, if i could number the frames and they could organize itself accordingly. Thank you,Chiara

Hallo! I’m using mind map, I need the paper printouts of the maps, but the font is too small to read. If  I increase the font, the dimensions  the whole map increase and it does not fit on a single paper sheet.Many thanks for your help. Lisa

Hi all,recently I made a Design Service course with Miro as a tool,and in my browser version,I cant see neither  find the download button.Anybody has a clue?  

Is it possible to (directly) take and import a photo with a webcam? I’d like my students to be able to create pen-and-paper diagrams and easily add them to a board.(I realize that they could take a photo in another app, save it on their device, and then upload it to the board. But it would be a lot faster and easier if they could do this directly.)

Hi,I’ve read through the process of publishing a board to Miroverse. Just wondering if I can delete the board after I submit via the form since I’m also submitting a backup export of the board? Or do I have to keep the board active and untouched as long as the template exists in Miroverse? Thanks!

Hi there, I am trying to link up Gmail to Miro via the official Zapier integration. When I try to authorise it, I get the popup, but no button to accept.http://goloskok.com/u/image-tok4lpZwAE.pngTried disabling adblocker for miro.com and checked pricing page - to my understanding the integration is available on the free plan. So sounds like a bug to me? Hey, It seems that some image have a very poor quality on miro, but they should be ok, because they have a good quality I don’t understand if the image isn’t loading or if I did something that I should’nt

I have an account that I use for teaching with the Boston Architectural College.This has worked so well that I am testing it for our office under a separate email. ktornow@fishbrook.com.Twice now I have created a new board for the office or one for the the school and consequently the two accounts affect each other. Three valuable boards have now been lost that took time to set up when the boards created in one account show up in the other and knock out the other board I made. One had all the student projects.This is incredibly frustrating and makes no sense.I need to know that this can be fixed or I will have to stop using Miro.

Hi everyone,I recently started using Miro and I’m really liking it! One thing that puzzles me is the lack of font support/customisation.Long shot, but does anyone know if there is a way to change the font on elements such as Mind Map and sticky notes? It seems I’m stuck with Open Sans on these.I would expect that the feature of changing the font would apply to all elements available, not just text box, so that our Miro boards can look consistent in style.Hopefully better font control is on the roadmap? Many thanks

For my trainings a use several boards for various exercises for various groups.So I have a list  of 20 board names in Excel.Is it possible to automatically create boards from a list of names stored in Excel?

Hello Team, I am trying to integrate Azure AAD Single Sign on following the steps mentioned here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/miro-tutorial. But after completing all the steps i am getting below error when i try to test the application :“Your email is not associated with the SSO Account. Request access from your company admin”. I have not done any settings at miro level, hope that is not required.
