When you say a “set distance”, are you referring to an absolute distance (e.g. 2 cm) or a relative distance (e.g. the space between boxes A and B is half the distance of the space between boxes B and C)?

If the former, then this isn’t possible as Miro doesn’t use “real world” distances or provide a ruler of any kind. If the latter, then that is definitely possible if you were to group the objects as then once you resize or move them, the relative distance would be preserved.
