Hi! I I’am working for Victims of snakebite & depression, we do keep records of victims case study that supports further study of the cause & welfare for the victim's , looking for a template where we can input various victims photos details every day over a couple of years - looking for support

@Shyamala Mathavi -

Could you provide an idea as to how many images per victim there might be over the course of the tracking period and how many victims are being tracked to help folks in the community provide some suggestions on how to organize this information?

 Dear! @Kiron Bondale  Thanks for Your Interest & Reply,

Every Day victims will be studied, in a week there will be 4-8 victims last year study shows 139 victims in  one district, that is the lowest and the highest have been 850 victim years back, we would be conducting this study every year, we follow the victim until long time,  and per victim we include  1) a face 2) photo a bite spot (body)  photos in full figure & 3 &4 close-up in two angles  in  first phase of study in the hospital (day1) then the Physician’s report, and observation ,statement /medical staffs notes, number of ASV vials given victims response,  remarks  stating venomous / non venomous (what type of snake pre loaded information of common snakes)  the second phase of study will be after a week, probably in his home / work place ( it would be great if we could include the gps location of bite area, the victims health monitoring) the third stage would be about his debrided wound / necrosis it has stages even up to an year or more, then victims disability type permanent/ temporary  finally benefit to the victims or if the victim fails to survive we deliver benefit to the family / spouse as livelihoods opportunities (as Positive Impacts, Outcome & Outputs)  Kindly share some email so we can share last year study you may get a idea.

Kind Regards

Wow - that is a fairly high volume of victims but the number of individual photos are fairly low so here is one option:

  1. Create boards to group victims by name (e.g. Last name starts with “A - D”)
  2. Within each board, have a separate frame for each victim and organize the photos using a table or in free form mode within each frame. For example, rows could be used to organize photos by time period (e.g. first phase in row 1, second phase in row 2 and so on).

Using this approach, you could have a manageable number of boards and using the frames it would be fairly easy to quickly navigate to a given victim.
