Hi there!

A new person joined our org and I’d like to share all my boards with her. Is there a way to “mark all and share” instead of sharing one-by-one?

@Samantha - There is no way to bulk share boards, but you could use a Project to do accomplish this.

You would:

  1. create a Project, e.g., “Samantha shared with Jane”
  2. Add Jane as a member
  3. DISABLE “Anyone in your team can view this project”

Then just add any boards that you want to share with her to this project.

This is actually a much easier way to manage board share with multiple team members.
