I expect a lot of you have had this experience: You’re part of a group session where people are being encouraged to add images. A common scenario is that we are being asked to add an image of ourselves to a little bio, so that people who have only just met can easily identify one another…But when you drag and drop your image into Miro, it is GIGANTIC and suddenly, not only is everyone staring up your left nostril and admiring that spot under your eye, you’ve completely covered all other content on the board.Then there’s that awkward scramble to zoom out far enough that you can grab the edges of the image and resize it down to a sensible size.It’s a uniquely uncomfortable experience and is especially awkward when (as it inevitably is) it’s with a bunch of people you’ve only just met.Weirdly when I Googled and when I searched this forum, I couldn’t find anyone ese talking about this, but I’ve been in sessions where it’s happened to other

I'm using Miro on Android (Samsung Galaxy A72 phone)When pressing on images in a board and choosing 'download' I get a messege saying "saving" and then "file saved", but then I can not for the life of me locate these images in any of my usual folders. Any Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Terrible service, cannot find any which way to contact anyone at Miro …. they know how to charge but dont support their customers! Any ideas? Any email address or where i can request any form of help??

Hello Miro-Community,I am currently using the storymapping Feature in Miro - in fact, thats why I switched from Mural and got a consultant plan.Here is my Issue:I want my card titles to be fully visible on the storymap at all times, e.g. card expands to make room for a longer title.Right now, the Title is cut off after two words if I zoom out enough  to make at least a portion of the storymap visible. this relates to this topic, which sadly did not get any answers yet:Card - make the outer zoom level not just show empty attribute boxes, but use whole card for title | MiroAlso, when looking at the storymap, I want the card to show only its title and nothing else. Hello,I am new to Miro and am hosting a series of focus groups where I am using Miro through MS Teams.  For most people, they see all the tools on their screens.  There are some people, sometimes me who don’t see any of them.  If I guess at their spot, they work, but it I can’t guide others to do that who are just learning.I did not see a similar posting.    

A student that is not in the institution anymore created a board on my team and I have to delete but I can't see a option to do it.

Hi all, on my boards I used to have all the tools available, but now suddenly Miro says’ this tool is unavailable on this board’ for a whole bunch of tools on practically all my boards. Anyone got any idea what happened? Cheers,Bert

Hi everyone, I’m on a paid plan, and I’ve exported a frame to PDF. However, the PDF file shows the word “kanban” on the board where it did not show up on my Miro board. (see poor quality screenshot below...) Any ideas of why this is happening or how to fix it? Thanks for your help 

Hi, our current team admin no longer works in our company and his e-mail address is deactivated. Is it possible to delete him as a team admin and give his rights to the other person? 

Hi Miro community, I can not use any Miro template. When I open a template, I cannot view it, and it tells me something went wrong.  How should I use the templates?  

Another image has been lost in this program.. How can i prevent this? Not the first time this has happened either. Frustrating…

I cannot copy paste on the same board, from another board, from another app.I am using the desktop app on macOS Catalina MacBook Pro.I can copy paste inside other application/across other applications fine, but Miro won't paste it, or cannot see what's in the clipboard.I should point out the hold-option-key-drag works to duplicate an element on the board, but this doesn't help me copy from another board.Any ideas as I really can't work effectively without the feature?

Hi,we use a team account (159$/year) and regularly invite internal and external guests to our boards. After 4 days they automatically change to paying members that we have to pay for or manually delete from the list of users/guests. Is there a setting to NOT have them as members straight?   Thanks,Anne

Hi. I need to create one board and distribute it to employees. Each board must be uniquely linked so that employees don't see other users' changes. That is, there is a template of the board and each employee makes changes on his copy. And I as an administrator, see all these boards. Is it possible to implement this in a conceptboard?

this forum is really cluttered - has a really cluttered ui, one of the harder forums to use main problem miro itself is you cant middle click on things, dont remember if you could in the pastmakes it very hard to use on desktopfor example when on https://miro.com/app/dashboard/ > you cant middle click on settings, or anything elsemakes it very hard to use on desktopevery single app you can middle click on things, dont know why miro is making all these harmful changesyou should be able to middle click on pretty much everything like on a normal app   

Solved - but it doesnt work on isolated text boxes, doesnt work on all text boxes like xmind does  you used to be able to dragdrop the boxes/text boxes and then they automatically connect, this made mindmapping better on mirothis was really good ui but coders at miro removed that feature, but coders removed that feature, and now mindmapping sux theres not even any options/settings to add it back, they didnt even give users the option, they just removed a really good feature have tried and retried miro for like 5 years or since beginning there was nothing i could find that was good or useful about miro besides that in the past - and they removed it………. ? …………………… none of the features wanted has ever been made or done or anything i think 

Yes I can zoom in and out (edit: i notice they slightly change in size when zooming to max and vanish completely when zooming out) I want to change the size of the tiny arrow icon or icon of the target website. Preferably larger as I find them way to small at my screens resolution.talked about at 44:31 in the Miro video (tiny blue arrows) Is there any way to change this in settings or by other means of magic?

On the free plan, if you have a team of just yourself, a team of one, is it effectively private, non searchable and discoverable? I’d love to sketch out some ideas, but want to make sure it’s not public first. I don’t intend to add people or share a link.

Miro is great for helping to visualize the customer journey. What I’d like to do is be able to take the topics we place for specific areas in the customer journey and place them on an editorial calendar. Example: Trello is great for this, but lacks the visualization component.  This is what I want: Be able to map out customer journey, then copy topics (post it notes/squares with text) into an editorial calendar. Is this possible?
