Hi,

I am wanting to select certain frames and export into PDF with pages in a particular order.

I already read the article below which explains how “To export certain frames as a PDF”, but does not explain about how to control the page order.

https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572754-How-to-export-your-board#h_1feb9f36-ada2-4306-a03c-93deb1285044

I also read the article below which explains the case you want to export whole frames in the board but not the case you only select certain frames....

https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/export-to-pdf-control-page-order-1116

Can anybody tell me how I can do this?

@Kohei -

What order are you seeing them in when you shift-click on them to select multiple frames? I would have assumed it would be the order in which you selected them, but perhaps it defaults to the native Miro order. If so, then you could first rearrange them in the right order in the frames panel and then shift-select the specific ones you want.

Thank you.

Actually I was just dragging the area for selecting multiple frames which as a result the PDF order wasnt in what I have expected. Even though I have ordered them in the frames panel beforehand.

However, following your advice I tried to select the frames one by one in the order I want and found that you can control the PDF’s page order in this way.

Selecting the frames one by one is a bit tedious but at least it works.
