Hi,I’m on a paid Consultant account and I am unable to find the new Clustering App. I’ve clicked on “Get more apps”, then searched for the term “Cluster” and all I can see is the screenshot below.I’m the Administrator on the team/Board that I am trying to add this to. Is anyone else experiencing this?Thanks!

Hello, I accidentally deleted a board, because there is no preview, it is very important to me. Deleted 21.06.22 tentatively at 2:45pm, the name is "Интерьер" . I don't have the URL, I cleared my browser history, article on this topic "in case you don't have a URL, feel free to reach out to Miro Support and let us know the name of the board and the date it was deleted - we will check if it is possible to recover the board on our side." But I can't find the feedback form on the free plan, where do I write?

Hi Everyone,I know how to transfer ownership of a board, but when it comes to a template that I created there is no option to change owners, and I haven’t found any articles about it specifically. Could someone please let me now if it’s even possible, and if yes, how?Thanks.

Having two challenges in uploading my company logo: How do you crop it? Or is it based purely on the pixel size? I am not able to REMOVE a past logo; I remove, the blank spot for a logo shows up, but when I insert another logo, it’s the same old. Is it a cache / cookie that needs to be tweaked, if so how? Hello Miro Customer Support.When joining a Miro board for a meeting, I am technically able to join the call, but unable to hear, or unmute.The mute button will flicker, but not accept my input and unmute, same goes for the video button.My browser permissions are set correctly and Miro is allowed to access my microphone and camera/video input.Co-workers can see me “in the call” but are unable to communicate with me and vice versa.Please let me know if there is anything I can try or anything you can do to help.Regards,

This seems to happen without rhyme or reason:When I delete something, it goes away for a second, but then reappears.When I try to resize an art board, it returns back to its original state when I release the edge.What’s going on? Please help.

I had two users on miro, one from my personal email and the other from the company email. Both belonged to the same team.In my personal email account some boards were created and when I went to remove my user (personal email) from the team. A confirmation box appeared asking if I would like to move the user boards (personal email) to my company email. I said yes. However, my personal email username was removed from the team and his boards DISAPPEAR from the team. How to recover these deleted boards?Transferring boards between accounts did not work. Thanks in advance.

Up until today, (I have a free account) I used to save my students’ work by clicking on “export-->save as PDF”. It was handy to upload into the portfolios or take out for evidence whenever necessary. But today the option appeared disabled! Does anyone know why this might be?

I am the administrator for my free account.  There are others who have been invited to the team in my board and in an attempt to lock down who could edit vs. view a certain board, I inadvertently locked myself out with no other person have editing privileges to let me back in because I am a member of the team.  Is there a work around I can use as an administrator to unlock the view only permissions on that board?   Thanks in advance.

Hi Community, I successfully synchronized a dropbox PDF in a frame on my Miro board, so that my changes automatically update in the assigned frame.  Now I want to desynchronize the Pdf from the source, I couldnt work out how to do that. Is there a way to do that? Best Tronje 

 Hey, our team cannot get a hold of any receipts or invoices in the Miro app to send over to our accountants. Can’t see anything on your status pages though around billing also. It’s been like this since yesterday around 11am GMT at least :)

HIWhere do i find layer function within Miro? I have a strong need for this function as i have to map and show streams and the frame function with back/front is simple to poorly of a choice for this. Can see a lot of flags for this in the forums on the topic but it seems to have been ignored from Miro despite the large need from users. if not on planning, do any other know a good program for this?

We are using  Miro in an educational setting and have the need to create lists from 30 ish boards. Example: Each student has their own board where they can fill in information that regularly updates. We want this info to update in one shared board like a list. Is this possible without weird workarounds?  Almost like live linked google sheets?

I am using the browser version of Miro. It seems like the language setting to change to Japanese is missing. This should be a paid Miro account through my company as far as I know. I’m new to Miro but having watched many videos and browsed community topics,  I think the current mindmaps feature is limited in that only trees can be represented. Any plans to add support for general graph topologies? Graph DBs, like Neo4j, are growing in importance, for example ISO is standardizing the GQL (Graph Query Language), the first time in decades that a new language beyond SQL has been required.  In graph data models, links can connect any pair of nodes (ie concepts in mind maps). In addition both nodes and links can be have a data type associated and have key-value pair attributes. A version of Miro that supports such graph features - and that could interface with Graph DBs might go a long way toward enabling agile, collaborative UI for enterprise informatics.  Neo4j has their own graph visualization platform and there are 3rd party platforms like kgbase.com but these not as sophisticated from an interaction point of view as Miro. Any thoughts on feasibility? 

I am furious. A team member accidentally deleted a user story map that we were building for weeks.It is INSANE that it is something that can’t be undone. How is it possible to that no one warn users about that major edge case?or am I missing something? is there any chance to restore all the work that was lost?Here the help pagehttps://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019838260that plainly says that inability to restore deleted content is an “edge case”: 

PROBLEM:The JIRA cards import doesn’t work anymore since last friday for all our customers. See attached screendump what I mean with that. Since it is happening for all our customers having different Teams in MIRO and their own JIRA and “JIRA cards - MIRO” integrations it seems like a software issue. BUG REPORTED:Unfortunately I couldn't found anything on this issue yet. So I am making my own topic now, so other can see this issue exist.And I already created a request by MIRO to solve this problem. WORKAROUND:In the meantime I already found a good working workaround. A simple copy/paste of the JIRA url of an JIRA issue into the MIRO board seems to work  (including the dual sync still working)

I updated one of my iPads (to v15.5) and discovered that I can no longer upload PDFs. Jpgs are still fine.An older iPad (v14.7.1) has no issues uploading both PDFs and Jpgs.Does anyone know what I’ve been doing wrong here?

Hey there, everyone, hope you will help me. When  I work on the board with my students I don’t see their cursors, though I it’s in “visible mode”. Today I’ve had another situation - I could see my student’s cursor, but they couldn’t see mine. What can it be? Thanks in advance
