Can I display the branches of the mindmap all around the core concept from which the branches come. Or is the only display having all the brances to the right or left of the core?

Can anyone tell me how toput a smaller frame on top of a larger frame and and have the smaller frame (with its content) “lock or link” to the larger frame - so that when i move the larger frame the smaller one and all the content move to? place frames ontop of a large SHAPE - i want the shape to form the backgroud area on a board, so that it stands out on the board.  And i want all the content and frames of that are to lay ontop of the object. Right now all the frames go behind the object and i can’t figure out a way to bring them forwardAny guidance, hacks or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, not resolved.  My team pays for this service and I will be opening a ticket.  Others that are experiencing this Please open a ticket as well, as it should help them know that it is an issue and to better understand what is causing the issue in order to fix their code.

Kia ora everyone My name is Jaime. I’m a Service Designer working in government, and a Company Admin for our Enterprise account. We have been rapidly scaling our Miro enterprise membership, and I’ve been tasked with creating a sort of ‘Team Admin 101’ guide for our new and existing team admins, as the number of teams continues to grow and the ability to have oversight and one-on-one training becomes more difficult. I’ve normally pointed people at the various Help articles but I’m wanting something a bit more interactive and personalised to our organisation.I am beginning to create my own resources, which I’d be more than happy to share once I’ve done so, but I was wondering if anyone in the Miro community has created something similar they could share? I’m wanting to cover permission, sharing options, projects, adding/removing team members, and best practice for protecting sensitive IP when collaborating with internal and external guests. I have a board that I callÇ my memory, because it~s where I store all my brain farts, and it got stuck!! I was creating a process flow, and I copied and pasted the process flow, and now the board seems completely broken.  The board does open, and as long as I do not touch it everything seems fine. But as soon as I click on anything in the board, this happens. note the <1% in the zoom sectionand for the rest all dead.  I’d really love some help, as I’m using the free version, and apparently Miro doesn’t help free boards, even if its corrupted like this... 

Hi Miro community,I’m having a problem where all the comments on the boards only appear when I’m zooming in or out. When looking at the board stationary they completely disappear. They are still there but you just can’t see them. This is obviously quite frustrating when trying to collaborate with my colleagues and has been a problem for the last few weeks now. Perhaps someone has an idea which can help? It would be very much appreciated! AI’ve recorded a video of the problem below. 

Hey folks, I have historically taught a class that uses Miro and am taking a sabbatical this semester so I need to transfer control of the Miro team to the professor who will be replacing me so they can use all my templates.  I don’t appear to be able to do this. Is this a limitation of Educational MIRO boards? Is there a way to transfer or share ownership?Thanks! 

Hi all,I’m trying to group a few Miro boards into one master board so it can be used as a jump off point.  I’ve tried just copying the link of each board and pasting the link into the master board.  This works fine but some of the boards show the title and the thumbnail and others show messaging to sign in.  the messaging to sign in is pretty annoying as I can’t tell what the board is as they all look the same.  any ideas why one board shows the title and preview when pasted but the other one doesn’t? I looked at the sharing settings and they seem to be the same

I want to be able to highlight problems in a section of the work flowchart process.But I want to keep the look of the workflow streamlined and not messy.Ideally the user would click on the shape and if there is a ‘note’ attached to the shape it would pop up in the right hand side for example.Can this be done?

What's the limit of collaborative members whiteboard? I mean, can I work with more than 250 collaborative members?

I am adding a 25 frame template to a board with 20 frames. It is adding them before frame 1. How do I either move them to the end of the frames list with manually moving all 25 separately? Or, can I import the templates frames after the last frame somehow?

I’m on a free account.  On my shared Miro board, I’m finding that all comments (speech bubbles) on the board are not visable. They display briefly when adjusting the zoom but then disappear quickly afterwards.  I’m able to navigate comments using the side menu, but this doesn’t help me find specific comments associated with areas of the board. Finding comments this way still does not display the speech bubble:  Is there another setting that I’m missing? Can anyone please help/advise?

If I get the Starter plan for my board with 6 members, will all of them have paid plan options available to them or just me? Will every member have the ability to export as image in Large and Vector form or just me, the board owner? Also is exporting in the Large and Vector format available with the Starter plan. From what I saw it does just wanted to check. Thank you.

Hello, is anyone else experiencing being unable to rotate images / objects in the desktop app?I’ve tried re-installing, re-opening, changing to another device as well as the online browser and this function is still not working for me. Here is a screen shot of the icon to rotate. The app doesn’t respond when I click it. Best, Katrine  

Hi I am new to Miro, but I got a problem which a never have with any other mind-mapping apps: How to create a new line (like in Word - press “Enter” to create new paragraph) in regular nodes - NOT in notes. For example - in my mind-map I want to create a new phrase on new line - I hit Cmd (Ctrl on windows) + Enter -- and yes, it creates new line, BUT ALSO quits “editing node”. IT’S INFURIATING when working on your ideas, especially for a long time! I submitted it as a bug -- created a ticket -- but saw no reply from Miro’s stuff. Am I doing something wrong? The side bar font is too big. I cannot scroll unless I use a bigger monitor. How can I make it smaller?

Hi! Looking for some info or making a suggestion if it doesn’t already exist- I am working on a massive project that requires a lot of information from multiple departments. I need to be able to have a single project board to house all of the sub-project boards. For example: Project Board: Journey Sub board: Department (additional boards related in here)Sub board: Department (additional boards related in here) Etc…  Does this exist already?
