Relatively new to Miro and using a Design Sprint template for an upcoming design sprint. For some reason there is a blank pop up window on the bottom right corner of the screen (see attachment) which does not respond to me clicking the ‘X’ close button. It blocks off a good chunk of the window which will make using the product with my team over zoom just a bit more difficult. How can I get rid of this?Mac OS, Google Chrome, Adblock off.

Hi would appreciate any support with this. I have a specific board that I was working on through the web browser, before switching to the app which now I cannot access. It seems the problem occurred after the app attempted to refresh and update the data. I have completed all of the steps in the support guides, including a VPN, refreshing the page, clearing cache, incognito mode and clearing app data on the Windows app. None of which have worked. Other boards seem able to load, but this one is stuck on the loading screen and also still states that I am present on the board (I am not). I have also attempted to duplicate with no success. I am the owner of the board.I see others are experiencing a similar issue. Thanks in advance. 

Hello all, I’m in an urgent situation, as I can’t load a Miro page I’ve been working on and have a deadline.The dashboard loads. It seems most pages load.I’ve tried different networks, hotspots.I’ve tried loading the page from my phone, application and web.I’ve restarted and deleted all cache.  Can anyone help me?! Thanks so much.

I need to work with my team to formulate a theory of change and would love a template to facilitate that discussion.

I cannot get into my Miro boards? Tried different devices and it appears to be PC specific?

It is important for me that the board does not go into free access to the Internet and the student cannot clone it for himselfThank you!

Hi everyone,I’m working on a very important project and when i was trying to load a template, miro stopped working and now is eternally loading.I’m very worried because I have to present this due friday.I did everything the page said i have to do in order to fix this but nothing works. It’s only one dashboard, the rest is working ok.Please help! 😥

Went to export an update of my boards to be able to share with my team (who like hard copies of things) and the feature seems disabled. I did it yesterday so I’m extremely disappointed. Anyone else get this featured turn off for their account? 

I am using Miro for retrospective (for eg) and have a bunch of notes… for the next retrospective session the we just create a new frame, however, the notes from the previous retro stay there… We would like the notes to be associated with the frame itself, is this possible?

Hello everyone, we need your help.When we do a search today in a board, the result list is no longer proposed, but with only some visual effects (highlighting the sticky notes for example). Because we have a very large board with many frames, this highlighting effect is not evident enough for us to locate the search result. It makes the board almost unusable.Do you have the same behavior ?I’ve no idea it’s a bug or a product change. Thank you !  

i made a great board.and now I'm worried that everyone who has access to view it will copy it. is it possible to close my board from cloning for whose, who has access to view to my MIRO board

Every couple of minutes, Miro cuts back to the lock screen and i need to start anew. Also, since I updated the app, it stops working to synch (almost after every three strokes I draw by hand) which it did not do before the update I installed today. What a massive disruption to the creative process and waste of my time I love miro, but want to use my Samsung tablet as it has the perfect pen for drawing. it makes it almost unusable and I might have to abandon using it. Too clunky, intuitive and time consuming and impossible with clients in a live situation as I used to.Anyone has a fix for this?

We are hosting sitecore 8.1 in azure web apps. We log the errors on to App Dynamic where the application ticket will auto-created for each error.The problem is that 90% of errors are raised by builtin sitecore piepelines e.g. GeoIP service not setup, session end not setup (due to MongoDB) etc.Is it possible to identify and filter out the errors raised by built in pipelines and events in Sitecore?Thanks.

When I go to share a board I have created, I have the option to give my team edit access. If I grant this access when sharing the board, can anyone in the team edit the board regardless of the Miro licenses the individuals within the team have i.e. if they have the free license can they still edit the board?

Hello everyone! I have a map in mind, but it must have a lot of connections which would cross at some point, and seeing them all at once will make the map unreadable.Is there a way in Miro to have some invisible object (for example a line connection) and make it visible if a mouse hovers over the other object (for example a sticky or a shape from which the connection originates) ? Also, is there a way to have a button or an object which acts like one. When someone clicks on it, his view moves to some other object. I know about the “link” tool, but the link only ads a little square which a user must click, it does not work for the whole object.

I’m trying to group objects. Intuitively, I simply assumed I would select multiple objects and hit command-G. (I’m on a Mac.) However, that didn’t work. The objects remained separate. So I searched online for the solution, which is this:Grouping is a straightforward process in Miro and uses the shortcut Ctrl + G (Cmd + G on a Mac). I held a workshop this week with 20 folks and at the end they were asked to vote for the top actions we were going to tackle from the workshop.At the end of the session folks were voting and I could see their counts but now all but two folks votes are gone. I keep getting asked to vote (but I’ve already finished adding my nine votes) and I can’t seem to extend the time to give more people time to vote.Is this a bug?   

I was able to load pdfs till 5 days ago. Now thye wont load fully-- only graphics and lines, not any text. Browser and app.Free version 

Can other people find my boards or stumble upon them? since there are no “private boards” option for Free users like me.

I’m new to Miro - for several days now I have still not been able to log in - the Miro dashboard is on a perpetual loading mode.
